Garbage ! I deposited 100 and had free spins to which I won 20 dollars with. I then won a bit but couldn't withdraw until I wagered over 4500 dollars because of the measly 20 dollars I won. Fine so I did that and after all was said and done I was up 1000 attempted to withdraw and they came back to me 3 days later saying I breached the bonus rules with some shoddy explanation with lots of numbers to try and confuse you …. Horrible customer service for the small time but repeated customer, my banking was down and ask for a free spin bonus to help while I wait and it took 4+ minutes in the chat just to get back to me and say there was nothing they could do. Also they refuse to answere any personal fata request that they should provide. They are directly breaking GDPR laws. Casino does not care and they hide behind their Maltese license.

The next day I deposit another 拢 200 and start playing but the slots don't let me bet more than 拢 1. I connect to support and they tell me they have put a limit on my bet size according to this term:
"7.8. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet. Neither we (including our employees) nor the partners or suppliers shall be liable for any loss, including loss of winnings."
I just closed my account with them and wanted to share my experience.

To summarize, I can't say I'm unhappy as they processed all my withdrawals at the end. However, it's neither ethical nor nice to push someone out of your website by limiting his gameplay when they start winning.

Company hijacks homepages to scam people !!
