Scammers. They promised me a refund that would be in my account by the 28th of September. It's now October 15th. Lied about insurance, doesn't exist. Lied about the business address, they are not registered there. No booking made in my name. I would have turned up to a holiday that didn't exist with two small children, disgusting people. Any business set up by Elspeth De Gouviea or Matthew stay well clear.

They are currently setting up a new company called Themeparks4U they are being investigated by the police, Fraud action and Disneyland Paris as they have closed their facebook page #gowest with mickey also shut down the website and email done a runner with more than 拢300k belonging to families who were taking their children to most magical place they could be. HOPE YOU ROT IN HELL !

Horrific experience with this "company". Complete and utter scamming monsters, I was a lucky one and only lost 拢575 however some have lost thousands and their surprises to their children ruined – why? So this "company's" owners could spend thousands and thousands of pounds of money that wasn't theirs on their own Disney holiday. Also don't trust their new "company" themeparks4u as this will probably go somewhere towards a new yacht or swimming pool for them. Who knows?! All I know is that if there is karma one day, they will be banned from Disney. That is because 100s of parents had tell their kids why we were unable to go on the holiday we'd worked our socks off for. 拢300,000 + stolen off hardworking people. YOU HAVE CHILDREN – HOW COULD YOU DO THIS!!!! HOW WOULD YOU LIKE IT?!!! Disgusting, vile, greedy and manipulative "humans" running this "company". Don't touch them with a barge pole!!!!!

I booked what I thought was a holiday to Disneyland for my two little girls. They took our money and left us with nothing, not even a confirmation number. I tried contacting them but I was ignored and then all communication channels were shut down. If they set up business in a different name, please be aware and spread this far and wide.

My daughter booked her dream holiday only to find no booking, no confirmations, no reservations whatsoever, even though she had emails on her phone to show them. Nothing was booked. This company phoned – eventually – whilst she was there, hurling abuse from both the wife and husband who run GWWM, have lied, have made promises they do not keep, manipulate and blackmail people which they did with us. They are scamming 100's of people and have been reported to every authority for fraud. Please read GWWM Reviews on fb, they and we are genuine people who were scammed, and they are still taking bookings and setting up other companies. Any balances that are due to them, DO NOT PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER FOR AN INCENTIVE they are supposed to be operating, they just take you money leaving you without a holiday that you have booked and no incentives !!

It鈥檚 heartbreaking to see how this company treat families. People are paying out thousands on their dream holidays and turning up to no bookings. After booking and taking their the company cuts contact and then refuses to supply any booking reference. After begging and chasing people are anxiously turning up and finding their holiday has not even been booked.
Their food packages and photopasses are not booked . Their meal reservations have not been made. Even their rooms have not been booked or are completely incorrect.
Some families have been 鈥渓ucky鈥?enough to have their holiday booked for them while they waist hours sitting in the hotel reception trying to console their heartbroken children. Then they are having to chase and beg for refunds for their meals which they are having to pay again for out of their spending money. Many families are having to cancel character meals (if they were even booked in the first place as they haven鈥檛 been doing Thai either) as they haven鈥檛 budgeted for the extra cost because they had prepaid when they booked their holidays.
This company are now spreading lies that other people are contacting Disney themselves and cancelling their clients holidays out of spite.
It has been confirmed by Disney these were never even booked and if they were there would be a record on the system as they don鈥檛 just disappear when cancelled, also no one but the company or person that booked the holiday can cancel it plus they will need to know lots of extra details not just a Facebook name.
This company are leaving families stressed and heartbroken. Refusing to even talk to their costumers or give refunds.
Do not book with this company ever!!

Then blames ex members of staff, friends & members of fb groups who have nothing to do with the company. Continuous GDPR breaches, threatening behaviour to force people into keeping quiet. Where do I even start. I booked with this company because of their prices and numerous reviews quoting above board customer service. I booked and paid in full for 4 nights at newport bay 10 weeks before travel. They told me they had financial protection insurance with a well known company. After I paid, I heard nothing from them and had to chase my confirmation. I contacted the week of my holiday for travel docs and was fobbed off every day saying it would be the next. Whilst in contact with NPB that same week they informed me there was no booking in my name. Of course I panicked. Gwwm made up another one of their excuses and I stupidly believed it. I got my reference 36 hours before I travelled. I then discovered I was only booked for 3 nights. I discussed it with the hotel and gwwm rang me for 20 minutes the night before I travelled to have a go at me. They said the director had wanted to cancel my holiday for breaking their terms and conditions. I was mortified. They said they wouldnt cancel it as long as I stopped talking to the hotel. The next day I was sent a further reference number and the hotel confirmed my 4th night had been booked that morning. We were inconvenienced by this and could not have our free photo pass until the last day of our holiday because it was on the 2nd booking. Gwwm issued a PayPal credit but only after I chased it 7.5 hours after them offering. They never once apologised and made no contact since. I really wanted to post an honest review but was scared because they always threaten legal action. Then I discovered I wasnt the only one. Their business model is to take your money months in advance and only book your holiday the week of travel resulting in most people not getting what they pay for. Their upgrades are just a mask for when it goes wrong because the original request isnt available. Its since transpired that they do not have the above said insurance and so told a blatant lie. They have threatened many customers, cancelled holidays because people have asked for their reference number and they have told lie after lie to cover up what's happening and sadly a loyal group of followers still believe it is a witch hunt. This is not a witch hunt, this is my honest review and I will not be silenced. Book at your peril, they play a holiday lottery with your money and dreams!

Incredibly unprofessional, nothing but problems from start to finish. You book your holiday 12 months in advance, but they book it two days before you leave, playing chicken with a child鈥檚 holiday is wrong. No meal plan, no extras even if you鈥檝e paid for them. If you challenge their competence they cancel your holiday and if you ask for your reference then you may as well ask for blood because you鈥檙e a huge inconvenience to them (obviously because they鈥檝e not actually booked it!) Threatening and aggressive. Not to mention no insurance and multiple PERSONAL bank accounts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Please please please do not risk using this company to save a few 拢, when you make a booking with them they weather you have only paid a deposit or you pay in full they send you confirmation of a booking that has not actually been made. They won鈥檛 tell you this but they will book your holiday last min to get last min deals even & as a result of this many people have been left with no meal plans, had to stay in a different hotel to what they booked even off site when they had actually booked a Disney hotel, no meal plans even though they booked, appalling customer service numerous threats to cancel holidays or threaten legal action if any bad reviews are made or posted on social media it is actually unbelievable I could go on & o & on, but my main thing was I wanted to warn others so they don鈥檛 have to go through what I went through
