I would recommend this service if you just wanted data. Their tools and features are pretty useful for analyzing part costs and other sales data. However, if you are using this service to try to win government bids, I would be wary.

My company does over $50 million dollars in business annually and we didn't win a single bid with the major manufacturers that we are authorized for. I bid over 150 times. The larger distributors get much better pricing than we did and I couldn't even win jobs bidding at my cost."

The service was not great. Granted, I did not pay full price for their service as I didn't believe the costs were worthwhile to me so I negotiated a better price. My rep would never call me when he said he would. Usually about 2-4 weeks late. They were also strangely not very adept with data. I had them upload all the parts I could quote into the system, so that they could notify me when the government was looking for a part in my wheelhouse. They then told me the file was too large to open and I had to break the file down into multiple excel files. This was very strange. I am not a data analyst but I know how to open a large excel file using different types of programs…

Another issue I have is they use DocuSign to renew my contract. For some reason, they can't turn off the notification, so now I get an email reminder from DocuSign every few weeks. I know docusign has a feature but they won't turn it off even though I told them I'd never renew again.
