This company is amazing! Not only was my order for my classroom less expensive than it would have been using my teacher discount, but a portion of the profit also goes to our veterans. And their customer service was fantastic as well! I will be using them more often in the future!

Product ordered was delivered in reasonable time. Shipping cost was acceptable. Price was somewhat higher than other sites I visited. Overall I would use GoVets for future needs.

I was hesitant to order from this company at first because I'd never heard of them. Reading the reviews helped me take a chance on ordering a desk and printer cart. I placed my order on a Sunday, and my items were delivered that following Tuesday. I received an email when the items shipped. I was concerned about the quality of the items from this site since the prices were significantly cheaper than if I had ordered elsewhere, but my concerns were unfounded. I cannot speak about their customer service because I never had to interact with anyone. I can say that I am very pleased with my ordering experience and products.

Wow, not only did we find the product we were looking for at half the price of the janitorial supply stores, it shipped and arrived at our office by 9:30 am the next morning! Received emails about our order confirmation right away and and email letting us know our items shipped. I am super impressed and will use this company again!

I ordered the burner part for my outdoor patio heater. Price was great, product fit perfect and works great. Understanding what to order on their page was easy. Received it early.

Fortunately, my review caught the attention of GoVets and turns out this company is not a SCAM. I saw immediately contacted by telephone twice and my items were shipped within one week. Oddly enough, my items were shipped from an office supply store a few miles from my home and not from Florida, where the GoVets warehouse is located…thank YOU! The sad part is why did I have to escalate the problem to receive good service???

October 1, 2020 Review:
According to your website, the three ring binders I ordered were available on Monday, September 28, 2020. I called on Tuesday late afternoon to see whether the items have been shipped and was told by the "chat operator Benjamin" that they are not Amazon and don't work that fast. I called back on Thursday early afternoon and was told that all the folders are on backorder and I will receive notice as to when the items will be available and shipped.

Why is it the paying customer's duty to track down their own order? Why does their website give a bogus data? Something about this company sounds fishy and getting the runaround just makes me believe that this place is a total SCAM!!!

Ordered a desk… two weeks later was charged. Never heard anything, so I emailed. They stayed the item was delivered. It was not… once I finally called and emailed a few times, they sent an email stating the item was not in stock and they would refund me. Seems like they are phishing to charge and not deliver in hopes people won鈥檛 say anything/ taking advantage of our busy service members.

Bo8ught shelving on GoVets.com, never received a confirming email for the order, yet did get immediate alert from my charge card which was billed for the order.

Called and left messages, sent emails, and filled out their online form chat form, which doesn't work.

GoVets.com is a BIG BLACK HOLE – Apparently there's no way to get in touch with them, so I have no idea if or when my order will be delivered. Next stop, credit card to file a dispute.
