Too Much Value to Junior Level Employees

They all but offered the charge of my project to a junior-level employee while the seniors came to meetings for show. I don't appreciate such rudeness.

We needed advertising services from them and the most unfortunate thing is how our feature was missing in the E-Newsletters. We sorted the issue later though at a an extra cost for us.
