HE STOLE $149.00 FROM ME, ENCLOSED IS A COPY OF MY RECEIPT, HE WOULD HAVE HAD MORE MONEY BESCAUSE THE PAYMENT SYSTEM ADVISES YOU THE PAYMENT FAILED AND ADVISES YOU TO TRY AGAIN, FORTUNATLEY MY CARD PROVIDER BLOCKED THE SECOND TRANSACTION AS BEING SUSPIOUS! THAT IS DELIBERATE FRAUD!

I DID CALL TRACY AT DOMAINS BY PROXY. INC AND EXPLAINED WHY I NEEDED TO TRACE THE OWNER, SHE WAS VERY UNDER STANDING, BUT COULD DO NOTHING FOR ME WITHOUT A COURT ORDER TO BLOCK THE SITE, SHE ADVISED ME TO REPORT THE MATTER TO THE REVELANT AUTHORITIES WHICH I HAVE DONE.

They have moved the hosting service and registrar to Godaddy .com in order to cover their tracks, as you see below the Indians are running the scam from Mumbai India, I have filed a report with Senior Inspector Mr. Bharat Vishwanath at the Worli Police Dept Mumbai.

Quick update with regards to the scam run by goutresource.com not to be confused with goutresources.com

After much persistence!

1. Sent an email complaint to [email protected] (Domain name registrant), I received a reply with instructions! They are not liable for Website content.
2. Then sent an email complaint to [email protected] (Website hosting service), they can be held liable for Website fraudulent content that has been sent through their servers!
3. godaddy.com and rackspace.com were very helpful, I would like to thank them for all their help in exposing this scam.
4. Received an email and a telephone call from Mr. M Wallcot at Bioneutrix apologising for the delay in sending the product and re-crediting my credit card with $149.00.

If you cut and paste http://goutresource.com/ you can see it no longer displays their old Web page, its now managed by godaddy.com and only contains affiliate advertisements.

I have received a letter from Mr Vikram Sodhi through sitejabber.com team, I shall be replying to his comments back through sitejabber.com, for your information and to keep you informed.

My advice to anyone, if you use a credit card for a transaction over the Internet and feel you have been scammed, report it to your credit card provider immediately, they can recover your money!

They have been running many different Internet frauds; one of their .Com Websites has come to the attention of the American FDA (Food & Drug Administration).

This is a major web scam site and they took my money from 2 credit cards, whioch were not cheap and they made false promises that the product would be posted (3 mths ago). I called and called and each time i called the international number (whicvh cost me more money) an indian male would answer and tell me the order was to be posted or it had been posted and one time he said the batch was off date but he can send the new batch when it arrives next week and you will be sent another set of the item Gout Resource Remedy for free!!! It is not November 2009 and today I rung and was told by the same indian male that I called and cancelled the order as this is what the system shows him!!!! This is very unfair to target ill, desperate, people who depend on the aid of these miracle cures!!!!

www.goutresource.com is nothing but a fraudulent website that has taken my money and who knows how many other people have been scammed!!!!

This site needs to be taken off the web for good!!!!
