Great service with lots of variety in recipes. Ingredients are generally to high standard, some issues here and there. Recipe steps can be a little too complex on occasion but otherwise very easy to follow. Highly recommended!

Really great experience always with the customer care team. Quick to get hold of at your finger tips, delivery always on time. Great system and credit is applied for any troubles and issues resolved. Really polite and happy with the service

i have been using guosto now for 2 months. whilst all the meals they supply are totally complete they have now added extra packaging for each meal. they now come in bags which is a total waste of paper. Also alot of of the meals nowadays are very spicey and strong, why cant you add a few british meals, stew and dumplings, steak and kidney pie. toad in the hole, just a thought

Been getting gousto now for 18 months & Just received my latest gousto box. I Was thrilled to see that they鈥檙e now putting chilled food in a recyclable box which can be re-used & they鈥檙e also bagging up the ingredients into the relevant recipes, which is a massive plus when you鈥檙e ordering the maximum amount of meals of 16….. saves loads of time ferreting through & counting up all the Various ingredients! Love the new system.

We love Gousto, easy to use, any issues sorted straight away to our satisfaction. Nice variety of dishes, recipes are good, easy to follow.

Gousto have been excellent from day 1. I鈥檝e been using them for 8 months now and have nothing but good things to say. Apologies and pointers when they鈥檝e had to change/replace ingredients, credit applied for inconvenience when they requested I change my delivery due to being overloaded from Coronavirus madness and always always always good fresh, clean ingreidents for a great price. The portion sizes are fantastic too! More than adequate.

Today the courier they use damaged my box in transit and simply left it on my doorstep with fresh ingredients laying everywhere, soaked in wine.
Within minutes, Gousto credited me the full value of the box which is amazing considering it wasn鈥檛 their fault.
It doesn鈥檛 replace my saturated brown rice or give me the cold glass of ros猫 I was looking forward to – but it more than makes up for that for next time!
Fantastic service – they deserve all the success they get.

My family and I decided to start this in January as part of new year health kick. We started with the discounted boxes and planned to stop the subscription after that but it鈥檚 now May and we haven鈥檛 missed a week. We get 4 meal and double up on one and have that with to fussy eaters children (who are a little less fussy due to having these boxes). We save the other two meals for nights when my husband is home early and we can eat together. I can honestly say we haven鈥檛 been disappointed yet with any of the meals. We have been trying things we wouldn鈥檛 normally try and every meal we say we can鈥檛 believe how nice it is. I thought about cancelling and buying it all in but having it all there portioned out and ready to go, It means I don鈥檛 have to spend my days at the shops and also that I don鈥檛 make enough to feed the 500. Through the covid 19 they continue to deliver without issues or any delays, highly recommend. They have a customer for life with us, never going back to writing list then forgetting items and being stuck with cooking another boring meal. Thank you

Such a convenient system for us as a couple who love variety and home cooked food. Each week we vary our choices and they're sent to us to make. All produce is fresh and of a high standard – they sometimes send the wrong ingredients or miss an ingredient but they resolve the issues immediately. Every dish we've had (and we've had ALOT) has tasted incredible. Even despite the current pandemic, we've not had to worry because Gusto have been amazing! I recommend to everyone I speak to.

We've used Gousto for around three years now and have always enjoyed the meals. There's always a wide choice, the ingredients are lovely quality, they're easy to cook with easy to follow instructions, and always so tasty. Plus I now have a large collection of recipes I refer to to recreate my favourites. However during lockdown they've been an absolute godsend, we're so grateful for them continuing to provide an amazing service with such great quality during this difficult time. It's really helped us to continue to have a variety of fresh food, don't how we could have coped without it!

Tasty food, ingredients mostly in good condition on arrival and cooking times approximately right. Excellent range of dishes catering for all sorts of diets. My family has a vegetarian, a pescatarianand 2 meat eaters… All happy
