i ordered some stuff before Xmas still did not come yet and awful delivery method they charging me delivery cost as well so this is awful it was 10days still im waiting my delivery by UPS

My parcel sent 5 days after I purchased not as it is mentioned following day etc. But as sender most probably didn't know how it works in EU custom regulations, parcel been waiting another 3 days. If they were filling the form as it should be it would be great. At the end i get my pack at the end of 10 days. All food was ok especially deserts was great quality. You have to calculate 15-20% customs fee on top of prices within the EU.Will I buy again? Probably not. Good luck.

Ordered baklava from this site and it came EXTREMELY fast. Like 3 days from Turkey to my doorstep here in the States. That's amazing. The baklava was very fresh and delicious! I also ordered some crackers and they threw in a few extras which was awesome. Will definitely order again!!

The desserts and bakery products were super fresh, I couldn't believe that. Their small metal boxes made our box very special. Best gift for Turkish friends. Their products are really excellent, I have tried baklava for three times and all of them were delicous. You should order their tastes.

Even though quality of their products are very good i cant say same for their service quality. I wouldnt recommend them. Those are my reasons
1) they made an illegal shipment which exceeds allowed amount of weight
2)they never replied in 1 hour as they promised not even in 48 hours
3) they refused to pay customs fee(which i have dhl receipt)
4) their price is really high. I mean this could be reasonable if they havent failed to provide good service.

It felt really good to have local tastes with one click.
In London it is really easy to find local products and brands but quality is really really different and really far from their real taste. Thanks to my close friend recommendation I've discovered this service so I'm really happy to eat delicious Turkish baklava during quarantine time.
