Customer service 0. I send them lot of emails and call them many time. It costs me 20 鈧?but till now, they did not refund my ticket canceled due to Covid-19.

The best prices! Experience is quite smooth from Skyscanner to the Gotogate website! Just a llittle negative point is the number of paid services to unclick each time and also the need to pay to have a special meal!

We accidentally booked for 11 July instead of 10 July. Replied within seconds. Struggling to get assistance. Also, paid a ridiculous amount for what I thought was seat selection. Turns out it wasn't anything… you still only get to choose your seat with everyone else. WASTE OF MONEY!

simple et rapide

I reserved a flight on 7 December from timisoara to lyon , when I made the check in online to take my boarding pass, I saw that I will go to Paris and not lyon , I contacted gotogate by phone and they told me that TAROM changed the flight but the thing is that TAROM had only one flight for lyon , on 14 December ; so I took the flight to Paris and took another flight to lyon that cost me 450 euros , they reply my email and they told me that they told me that they can't answer to my question and they gave me an non-existent contact page , just like my flight, order L0WI66

Tried to book a trip. The site crashed saying that there was an error and that the request was stopped. So I went to another site to book my flights. 4hrs later I receive a mail that actually my tickets were booked and I had paid. So now I have 2 sets of tickets which cannot be reimbursed and thus a very expensive trip because of this unreliable site. Will never use again

Gotogate:your airline r茅f number is a bogus one, you must show up at the counter to check in, which is not what we do in 2019!

Very good and very easy to use

Price kept rising up at every attempt of payment. The website did not even make it clear that it was the case and notified that "one of the flight is full" which was wrong and misleading.
Managed to get the booking through after 5 attempts.

Just check what you need (none of them as far as I am concerned) and you will go through the process with the interesting initial price. Excepted for this point, it is rather easy to book a flight on gotogate.
