If I could give less than one star I would.
They notified me the cancellation of the flight 3 weeks after the real cancellation date causing many problems to further organization. That was the only email I received from them. They now completely stop answering my emails!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Good service and fast!

Although the prices were quite affordable, the customer care leaves a lot to be desired. It is quite hard to find the contacts online, the mail contact is quite slow, and the phone line tries your patience taking a loooooong time for someone to take your call.

Bought a ticket and only after a day they claimed my order didn鈥檛 process due to technical 鈥榚rror鈥? even though I had been given a booking number, etc. prices had gone up in the airlines, that鈥檚 why.

Don鈥檛 offer a service if later on you will want and suggest us to buy directly from the airline

Iam s贸 sad this site. I bought ticket before 6 month for October 2019 problem is that when buy this ticket not much transit time and return ticket date 30 Oct they already change many time flight seduel and changed my date 29 Oct. I never buy and also suggest my friend gotogate make many more changes.

All the extras were advised since the beginning of the booking, so no unexpected fees. Good experience

Unbelievable bad that a choice made and paid for was unilatery changed to a cheaper return flight when the one chosen was still available at that time and still is a month later. Trying to earn money by changing what better suited me to what makes you earn more money is not acceptable. No replies to decisions made by me on the offers of the change – said to be by the airline – also really bad.

Very good customer service

Price increased from 836 euros to 860 euros (+24 euros). That is ridiculous. From customer point of view, you get more money and less satisfaction to customer.

The price listed was not the final price. The final price was updated at the time that I was purchasing the ticket from 552鈧?to 606鈧?saying that the fair was no longer available. This should have been checked by the time the fairs for the several providers was shown.

I tried to manage my booking on the airline's website and it's not possible. Not worth it to save 10 euros.

Also, every step of the way they tried to peddle their stuff. It sucks. The prices they show are also only valid with specific credit cards. This walks a very fine line between scamm and legitimate.
