Thieves. Probably students in England or USA who built some kind of fraud site and bot to book cheap flights.
They do not answer and don't intend to. They just look to get easy money with no responsibility for the customers. Even if they answer some people, they don't answer most..
They don't even provide the flight companies with contact details (!!)
They are thieves, and it's time for someone in England / USA to reach them and start legal actions against them, as a service for the rest of the world.
They are theives, and they belong in jail, nothing less.

It鈥檚 been 4 months we are still waiting for our refund of thousands of dollars. All 3 flights have been cancelled due to COVID. After hours waiting to talk to someone from GotoGate (Some days 10+ hours waiting), they just lie and say that the refund is pending from the airlines!!!! When we call the airlines (3 diff茅rents companies and country airlines) they say they our refund has been accepted for months and it鈥檚 then pending from Gotogate since we booked through them!!! This is a SHAME. They are liars and are keeping our money for this whole time!! Beside when we claim for refund, they ask for 50SGD of fees!! I鈥檝e been calling so many times and that money is much needed!!! Please respond to me as soon as possible before we start further actions against you!!!

Got back my full refund trip to Japan($2400.00) from them after several months of waiting since Mar-May'20. Be patient and do not lose hope on recovering the refunds as i was in the same situation calling in for hours and receiving those mail refunds are still being processed! Anyway,once you received an mail from them informing Flight had been cancelled and refund depend on airline processing time! Upon (3-5days) before receiving the refund, you'll receive a 'Refund order' mail! Hope this mail eased off for those having some worries of this company and most importantly the Company is still a live company! By the way, this is the 2nd time i got back my refund from them both during this Covid-19 situation! Stay Safe yeah!

Extremely poor customer service last time I will ever book through this organisation. Flights cancelled approached airline they could not assist due booked through GoToGate however they did indicate they refunded the ticket price to GoToGate. I expect they will not be contacting or replying to people so I would suggest that no one books through this organisation and hope that the word gets out through social media so others don鈥檛 get caught out

Gotogate is struggling under the massive weigh of this covid situation. We were on calls for hours.
If you had bought your ticket in Singapore – try reaching out to Corporate Travel Management (www. travel ctm. com/)
We found CTM after the helpful frontdesk behind Emirates mentioned that our ticket was issued by them. CTM used their corporate relationship to call gotogate, and gotogate called us.
Best recommendation is to find the offices of the airlines/OTA and turn up.

GOtOGate is Unresponsive & not reachable
Due to COVID-19 being declared as pandemic, I have requested GotoGate for a full
refund of my flight bookings departing on 3rd April several times. The specific Airlines has already
cancelled the flight bookings but since the bookings
were made through GotoGate I am trying to reach them to get a refund , however they are ureachable on phone and mail . Their is no response from them so far which is very disappointing and frustrating .

bad service
the flight was canceled due to covid-19 recently, if you want to change your flight/reschedule, you have to pay 30 SGD for their service package. Poor customer service communication, poor & slow customer service reply. asking for a refund to the customer service no reply, call their number many times in different timing still unable to reach them. 30 SGD service support package paying with no guarantee. totally no news or update to you what is the next step we could do.

This is the only place charge for requesting special food!! I didn't choose the service package because I never need these services with other agents. I would usually go onto the airline's sites and book for seats and request for special food.
But after booking with Gotogate, all of those are locked at the airlines. I can't do anything from there, and also without buying the service package from Gotogate upfront, there is no way I can do anything to change my flights, seats, food, etc. Bad experience, and this is a forced sell, to me. Wouldn't book with Gotogate again.

DON'T book here. Ever. Terrible travel agent with the worst customer service in the world. Bad company with horrible, dumb staff. Don't fall for it, if you have a delay/flight cancelled or other problem, they will screw you over. I had a problem with my flight and they tried to charge me $5000 for a new one way ticket from Europe to Bali (economy class).

This company stole away my fare which was cancelled by the airline. Only received small amount of fare – a cheat and dishonest travel agency. Book your travel elsewhere or risk losing your fares. Don't trust this company for your travel arrangement.

I booked through gotogate to fly to Tokyo with JAL and a few weeks before my travel date I contacted them to try and change my outgoing flight date with the following outcome:
The automated response I received after filling in their online form for rebooking said the I would hear back from them within 24 hours. That did not happen so I had to call them.
They said that my ticket is not a flexisaver and so that I am unable to change my bookings. I logged into the airline website directly and all the tickets on sale were flexisaver however the airline had sold me a non flexisaver ticket at a more expensive rate than what the airline was charging.
I would have saved the equivalent of $150 had I booked directly with the airline and would have been able to change my booking.

I paid 1879 euros of.flights for my familly. The flight was cancelled cause of air mediterranee bankrupt. At first, Gotogate assured me they will reimburse me. Then they make me wait 4 months, then after many many mails and phone calls, they finished to reject all responsability and refused to reimburse me. It is a shame!!!!!!! The Official liquidator reimbursed them in order to reimburse their customers. They still REFUSE TO REIMBURSE AND KEEP ON NOT ANSWER MY MAILS. The Official Liquidator forced them to reimburse their customers. Gotogate/Etraveli don t answer, and do the dead. Don t trust their customer support answer, they let on Trustpilot. I contacted hundred times their customer support, they are like robots that answer programmed mails, and never try to find solutions, or understand your problem. It is a shame to Gotogate to make believe people they are a serious agency. Gotogate and Etravely are not serious. Think about that before booking via Gotogate.. this agency keep.your money and in case of flight problem. They let you down. Run away from this agency. Don t hesitate to contact me I will explain you in details, the risks you are exposed to if you book your tickets via Gotogate/Etraveli.
