My flight has been cancelled 2 months ago and they said to me that i would get the money back in 5/6 days. I still didn鈥檛 get any money. I tried to call them but the personal is very rude and they hang up every single time. The worst company to travel with.

Really bad experience.
I bought a ticket with them so finally I had to change the name of one of the passengers. After 2 month trying that, they try to change the name the day before the flight.
They only change when we go to norway but when we try to come back home they haven't changed it. We had to wait at the telephone for 30 minutes without nobody answering. At the end, we bought a new moreeeee expensive ticket.
.. And what is more, there no way to complain.
Avoid gotogate.

You're parents aren't proud of you. You'd steal money from your grandparents.

There was a different price in the last step of paying that on the rest. I didn鈥檛 realize because it was small and ended up paying way more (more than double$l)

EDIT: There's no presence of a customer email in all the website or it is very hidden because I can't find it..

They can't find any solution if the flight is cancelled and I've never received any reply to my mails

i have booked flight with gotogate and i decided to cancel my entire flight due to some problems and i asked for taxes refund i have called call they said your refund is rejected by airlines but i have called turkish airlines they we have refunded your money to gotogate credit card and now they not picking up my calls

I found the system perfect

Booking was quick and easy but I would liked to have been informed that Laudamotion is operated by Ryanair. I paid extrat to avoid Ryanair and found myself flying with Ryanair anyway. I paid extra to have a flexible ticket that I could change without charge if necessary. When I realized that Laudamotion is Ryanair I tried to actually change my ticket and Ryanair tried to charge me. I learned that with Gotogate flexible tickets, changes can only be made during their local business hours and by phone. Local business hours should never pertain to travel insurance or travel booking services, specifically with flights. Travelers fly around the clock to different time zones and prices change by the minute. These services must be automatic, usable online and without customer service help, and most importantly, in the exact time of need when replacement tickets are at the desired price, otherwise they are useless to customers and dishonest ways for booking agents to profit without offering any service at all. I would recommend never buying any of the extras offered by any booking services. Gotogate was friendly and not worse than any others.
