Air Canada also informed me that seat reservation for children is principally done free of charge – this was not clearly stated on this website.

Price was good (in the beginning).
It is very unfair, that all the time, the price is shown at its lowest rate, and just in the end, it raises 2-3%. Then it is 1) not the lowest anymore 2) sometimes overseen (on mobile version) and just paid (which is very unfair).
I dont like this process, so this is why I will avoit Gotgate in the future, even if it has a better price than somewhere else.
UPDATE: 18.04.2019 after Gotogates comment on my review:
This is unfortunately not right. I know about this issue (discount on specific cards) and I was checking all the time the "final sum" of your offer. Just in the end, last page, when I had choosen my payment choice – the price went up – WITHOUT notifying me or sharing another option to get your "discount". Yes of course it was "indicated" that the sum is higher by simply raising the sum. You have indeed skills of informing potential buyers about upselling offers etc – but the same didn't appear when its to your disadvantage. All in all – UX got bad in the end, as I also didnt get the possibility to see for which payment option do you offer another discount (and honestly I didnt want to check it out, and risk that I have to fullfill all my credit card details again). Lucky shot for you this time as I appreciated my time more than your uplift in price – next time I will avoid GTG. Best regards

The website says that I will find office hours and the phone number to change flights below. Actually, I didn't.

It is very misleading when the original price on the search result page states an amount X and 0 % credit card fee, whereas the price is actually Y (X plus Z) and the discount for the use of "sofort眉berweisung" was already deducted on the search result page, without marking it as such.
I understand when the booking portal charges a credit card fee, but this should be visible in a transparent manner already on the search result page and not disguised by an alleged discount of "sofort眉berweisung" payments.

On top of that, when trying to log in to the website with my email address and booking reference, it tells me "the order was not made on this site", which is absolute nonsense.
So it's back to the old ages for me, checking in at the airport, losing valuable time waiting in line at the check in desk!
Probably won't use this platform again.
Edit: I received no reply from the customer service even though an automatic reply promised me an answer until no later than 23rd August. The reply here on trustpilot was probably only made because its a public platform and the company wants to keep up a good appearance publicly. Who cares if the customer actually got a valid response.
Anyhow, it's now less than 24 hours until my flight and I still cannot check in online. The booking code doesn't work, only after I found another airline reference code in the fine print could I get into the online check in of one of the airlines, but it still wouldn't check me in.
NEVER. AGAIN. I never had such a bad check in experience with any other booking reservation.
