I'd like to report the unacceptable and unprofessional conduct of Gotogate customer support. I bought a ticket more than 1 week ago, and I realized that my name and surname were switched on the ticket. I asked the customer care to amend it, and they told me to ask the airline (as if it wasn't gotogate concern!). The airline kindly told me that this was on gotogate, since I bought the ticket from them, and gave to both me and gotogate detailed instructions on how to correct the anme and surname switch, pointing out that gotgate should do this free of charge. After one week gotogate did nothing and keeps lying to me: the only reply customer service knows is "it's ok to travel with name and surname switched on the ticket", while the airline strongly confirmed that I will be denied check-in and boarding: this is well known by anybody. Why would you not modify my ticket? This is unacceptable.

If you ever have an issue. They will simply not solve it. They will transfer you to an Indian callcenter that just have phrases to tell you. They cannot do anything.
I have now called several times and emailed 8 times, and I got every single same reply even if I had different questions.
