I'm waiting for my money back for canceled flights bought with Gotogate since July! And they are charging 30 euros for that even though when I bought tickets in January 2020 nothing like that was mentioned in Terms & Conditions! They are doing nothing to get refund from Air Italia or they did (120 days passed long time ago) or they did get a refund but are postponing my payment. I had 3 more flight canceled (tickets bought trough 3 different airlines and I got money back for all 3 of them long time ago!) . Waiting 6 months for refund is insane! I will never use Gotogate again.

As I see below, these thieves are stealing money from everybody and noone is stopping them. Just make a simple complain to VISA or MASTERCARD, and the credit card company will reimburse you, as they did to me. VISA or MASTERCARD will charge them heavy penalties, so DO MAKE A COMPLAIN through you credit card company so that these [email protected]@rds will have to pay penalties and hopefully the credit card company will withdraw their licence at some point. No credit card licence = the death of the company!

I booked a flight 26th January 2020 for middle of April and this was cancelled du to covid 19 situation, since they cancelled l have been trying to get in touch on loads of accasions via telephone,email and not once has anyone answered phone or replied to my emails.
So please don't use this company, their customer service is none existent!!!

Never book a flight with them. Since our flight was cancelled the 1st of June we haven't recivied our refund yet, they just place the blame on the other company to put this off.

After 5 months Im still awaiting for a refund. When I manage to get them through their phone call they always swear that i鈥檇 receive the refund in less than 3 days, as you can imagine i haven鈥檛 received any money at all

GOTOGATE SHAME ON YOU. First you have a form to make a booking that has unclear information specially in luggage booking . Than with the cancellation due to Corona Virus you take advantage of the situation and charge 30鈧?service fee to process the refund of a service that you sold and was not delivered.

They robbed my money (1200.00usd)they also cancled my flight & will not respond to emails or phone calls & u can sit on hold all day no one is there to answer ur call..

Just a plain old robbery.
Do not use this agency as emerits said they would give me a refund but they dont have my money.

Hi, I bought a flight from Brisbane to Japan and had to cancel due to Coronovirus (number L324PP) and I was informed that in 3 weeks I would receive my chargeback and in that time I changed my bank card number and I'm trying to contact them and I can't I already waited 2 hours on the phone and I don't know what I do. Terrible attendance.

They may show cheap flights, after you pay youare at their mercy, they never pick up the phone, i had to rebook a flight that was cancelled because of the Corona Virus in Italy, goos luck waiting on hold with the robotic message "thanks for waiting…"

I believe Gotogate uses deceptive practices and they can ruin your holidays.
I made a reservation and received a confirmation and also the charge in my credit card. Barely 24 hours later I receive an email saying that there was a technical issue with my booking and they are cancelling my reservation.
At the same time, they are still selling that itinerary, just that for 70 euros more.
I cannot make any other booking as I don't have enough funds in my card after processing the booking and I need to wait for the refund to happen, if lucky, in the next 3-5 days.
I sent an email to complain and have not received any answer.

Rang GtG to change flight date. Operator said no seats on planes for several days asked for. I got on GtG website and found a range of suitable flights while speaking to the operator. She insisted that there were no seats on any of these flights. While she was still on the line I booked what I wanted and was sent email confirmation. I asked the operator to confirm my booking reference which she did. I asked why she couldn鈥檛 have done the booking. She said have a nice day and closed the call. GtG could have rescheduled my booking and I was happy to pay the required fee. Instead I have had to shell out for another flight while my original reservation is still active. GtG owe me an explanation at least. (For sale: China Eastern flight, Mel-LGW).

I loved booking with this website. It was straightforward and easy to use but for me, the best part of this website was the fact that there were not hidden costs. The final costs was the final cost. I will use them again.

the absolutely worst online travel agent ever. Never buy online tickets from them. Tried to change name on my reservation only to be told that they couldn't do this, and need to go to airlines direct. Wrong information, seems airlines cannot change name either. Tried to cancel reservation, but they couldn't do this either, told me to go to airline. Airline told me to go to Gotogate. Airline also told me they would refund the money for flight in full if Gotogate cancel flight same day. Chances of getting refund were looking very slim, with a cancellation fee of 拢55, and no refunds for extras, e.g. baggage, which was not even on the reservation. Customer service extremely poor, waited on hold in a queue for more than 30 minutes. Emails answered in 72 hours, even when urgent i.e. cancellation. I would not have had a chance of a refund, were it not for Skyscanner's intervention. Stay away from this company, and book with care.

Booking not found on airliner website !
I booked a flight one week ago (order Nr. KUP904), received the booking reference number and corresponding email address, but when I try to retrieve my booking on the airliner website it don't appear!
If no solution to that will be provided, I will start a legal action soon
