Their website has disappeared and their phone disconnected. I didn't receive Queen tickets and had to raise a section 75 claim with my credit card company.
If you read this because you're in a similar situation, actionfraud (police fraud website) are urging people to report to them.

Bought tickets in April for Queen with Adam Lambert at Manchester Arena this coming Saturday..as the time was getting nearer I thought I would cntact them last Friday to see where our tickets were…thats when I found out the website,phone number nor the company exist any longer.
I have been told by my bank I may be able to claim money back after the event and have been fortunate enough to have got other tickets but that is besides the point.
These people have no morals and they are taking advantage of people who may have been saving up for a very long time to see certain bands…trustpilot really should have a zero star option as these scum don't deserve any better

My girl firend ordered tickets for Queen at Birmingham NEC for 30th November 2017. As the date is getting close and the tickets had not arrived. We attempted to contact Goticketsuk. And nothing!!
I doubt we will be the only ones NOT going to see Queen & Adam Lambert because of this scamming company.

I bought a ticket for Metallica at the Hydro in Glasgow, 26th October, paid 拢198.I am really angry that these scamming. Cheatsdon't exist. I am disabled 鈾?so it's a big deal for me. Thanks. David.

Bought 6 tickets for Neil Diamond back in May which never arrived. Tried calling, number doesn't exist. Tried emailing, that too does not exist.

Orders 2tickets for a JK concert in November they never materialised leaving me 拢148 out of pocket.Steer clear!

I also ordered tickets in May for Metallica for the 22nd Oct., I tried to contact them today as the tickets haven't arrived. The phone number has been disconnected and couldn't contact them by email either. I will also be contacting my credit card!

I'm supposed to be going to the neil diamond concert at Manchester arena this Sunday I purchased 2 tickets through this company back in May my concerns started when no tickets arrived so after failed attempts to contact this so called company I decided to do my research what I should have done back in May although everything looked legit. I'll be contacting my credit card company 1st thing tomorrow.

I received a refund from my credit card,Barclaycard, after at first being refused, I paid 拢313 for tickets to Robbie Williams concert on 3 June, I reported the scam as soon as possible, I do think there has been enough evidence for the police to investigate, however I feel they believe it to be a fault with the buyers for trusting these people. They constantly warn us of the dangers of purchasing tickets from sites that are not trusted. I can honestly say I checked and double checked the website and could find no fault with it and it seemed truly legit, no one should blame themselves and the police should be ashamed of letting the public down. Barclay card said the payment had gone to Skinternational and wouldn't pay so what! and I sent enough evidence that they couldn't back out. Keep on at them to refund if necessary

Got scammed with Linkin Park tickets for July 3rd lucky got refund on my debt card from Lioyds bank but action fraud sent me an email the other day and will not be passing my info on law enforcement can't understand people like these that get away with it lucky for me I managed to attend my concert on July 3rd when and got tickets from get me in bit more expensive but considering Birmingham was Chester last gig glad I went no regrets

Got scammed for eminem tickets in August. Why on earth was this website still active. It was only in June that I booked them. Anyone know if I'll be able to get a refund or compensation from HSBC ? Used my debit card. Devastated

my tickets never arrived. we turned up at the concert with the confirmation that we had paid but since there was no ticket, no barcode we weren't let in.

Got the same letter from action fraud. They stole 拢200 for Robbie Williams tickets. What I don't understand is action fraud highlighted this atrocity on the front page of their website and urged people to report them yet say they haven't got enough evidence/leads?? Great deterrent for the morons who make money from these schemes.

My brother ordered Eminem tickets from this site for August, he checked and the website has now been closed down for fraud, he is absolutely devastated beyond comprehension after having a really tough time this was he treat to himself and my other brother and to find out it can't happen and he will be lucky to get more tickets is even worse, so to try and at least ease the detestation, I'm trying to get his money back for him from the bank, has anyone who have experienced the same from these arseholes bought the apparent tickets with a debit card banking with Halifax, and been able to get a refund, we have a crime number. If anyone can help that would be great!

Awful experience, I bought 2 U2 tickets for Dublin for myself and partner as a surprise for him.
I Attempted to contact them via email which bounced straight back, I couldn't contact their sales hotline though got through to their so called customer service helpline whom said they send tickets out 2 weeks before the date, so i contacted them 2 weeks before in which the helpline was no longer in use.
Contacted Action fraud and given a crime reference number to provide to my bank in the hope I can get my money back.
Now in hope we can get some genuine tickets elsewhere as have flights and accomodation booked.
Unbelievable how these b*****ds can get away with this!
I just hope people see these reviews before experiencing this.

Bought 2 Tickets for coldplay gig on wed 12th july, cost us over 拢330.00 like many others we've also been scammed, very angry about this it took us months to save for this with our hard earned money. Bank said to wait till the day after until we can try and claim our money back!! EVERYONE AVOID THESE SCUM!!!

Oh my gosh! Had purchased U2 tickets months back but no tickets delivered as yet… can't contact them. This is a fraud and scam! Going to contact relevant authorities now.

Fraud tickets for U2, no customer service, no phone nothing works at this company, only the website where they take your money!! The police should be involved soon!!!!

I am just echoing what everyone else is saying about these crooks: paid 拢340 for 2 tickets for U2 next Saturday in January…..booked a hotel, car hire and afew days off work to hopefully have a day at Wimbledon as well…..a bloody expensive trip with no help from this lot. Rung Greater Manchester Police and Action Fraud too in early June and managed to get 2 more tickets from Viagogo pretty sharpish. Should be sat on stage with Bono for what they've cost and these fraudsters will be caught eventually and just very sorry to all the people who've been conned out of alot of money and a trip to see their favourite artists.

I bought my Coldplay tickets in May. I checked the website and feedback it all looked ok. Like everyone else, no tickets by date they claimed I would receive them. Now No email, no telephone!
Fortunately I paid with cc and refund was immediate.
I will report as fraud so others don't go through this nightmare

Like nearly everyone else on here I've been duped too! Bought Bananarama tickets for November 23rd.
Spoke to my bank – Halifax – who were fab. I paid by debit card and they said until the date has passed and I haven't received the tickets, call back on 24th November and they will process the refund, which normally takes up to 3 days. They provided me with an incident number so that I don't need to re-explain when I call later on. Not ideal being 拢208 out of pocket but at least I know I'll be getting it back. Oh and went on to buy better seated tickets from ticketmasrer for less money!! So im actually quite pleased ? but hate these scammers for what they've done! Karma has no deadline ?
