Order took well over a week to get to me when I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Customer service rep, Samantha, was extremely rude and basically said too bad we are busy and that I was SOL. Mistakes happen but her rude behavior made the situation worse. Just admit you forgot to ship it and we are good. Have a rude customer service rep and you have a diff problem. The other rep I spoke, Marcha, was very polite; however, the manager refused to talk to me when I asked to talk to one. They also did not compensate me with anything other than a refund for the shipping which wasnt even a 1/16th of my total order. I finally recieved my order and on the site it stated they would be in boxes. They are all in bags with no mini bovida packs. Other than one set that needed it because they were dry and I can see the wrapper parting. This was my first experience with Gotham. I'll stick with Famous Smoke from now on. Wanted to try a new company and well… that was my mistake.
