After payment, another bill was issued for late payment of something that I didn't even know I had – Ended up from a car parking ticket of 79,- to 780,- insanity.

bad experience with parking payment mechanisms – what they said is not what happened, very short deadlines so payment not registered before next fee etc

My initial experience with Gothia is that they do not care about debitors AT ALL.

I got a letter regarding debt collection (without having recieved any bills or payment reminders)

I wrote to them and asked what this was all about. Nothing on the letter said anything about what I did not pay.

20 days (20 DAYS!!!!) later they replied. Answering just 1 of my many questions. That is very poor service.

GOTHIA IS SCAMMING EXPERTS. BE AWARE!!

What a shame to have Gothia Finans AS in such a great country as Norway. I am filing complaint about Gothia and Afterpay's unprofessional work to Finanstilsynet in Norway. It is not just about 40鈧?for returning a winter jacket to Stormberg, but also about disgrace and lack of respect for its clients.

Very Bad communication and NO RESPONSE to Complaints email.

They even dont talk and just hand the phone in the middle of the sentence…

really unacceptable.

I used this company one time in Sweden and they have been a nightmare to deal with. I had a few hundred EUR payment with them and I was trying to contact them about paying this and got a very harsh response that was rude to pay now or else. Next week when i was making payment they had already taken more action and more fees so i wrote them an official complaint and now in 2 weeks i have not got any response from them. I do not recommend this company to any MERCHANT or CLIENT they are just a pain. Google gothia + wonga and you will see even more complaints about them and their rude and unprofessional practises.
