Run don鈥檛 walk! Never got my transmission after weekly promises it was never even built! Now after months of promising refund never got that either! Do not do business here!!!! Now there reply is I never did business there! I have a invoice and a extended 10 yr warranty due to them saying sorry for the delay. Update after my credit card company took over for me I was issued a full credit! But they say I never did business there? Hum

I ordered my item January 19th, I was told it would be shipped in 7 to 10 days. Today is February 1st and it still hasn't been shipped and I'm finding it impossible to get a hold of anyone there.

Beware Kevin and Jennifer will tell you anything to get you off the phone and lie to you whenever they have the chance they will disrespect you in every way possible and belittle you any chance they get they have no respect for their customers and for that matter probably no one else they will hang up on you cuss at you and lie if there was a zero that鈥檚 what they would be given from

Every thing I said happened is 100% true Kevin jumps on the Internet just as fast as I do just to fight back the only thing he鈥檚 worried about is what is said about him on the Internet or his company along with Jennifers he even tells me anytime I put anything on the Internet it will cost me two days when I鈥檓 just stating the facts this is the only company in my entire life that I have put this type of effort into writing my reviews or even writing a review on my experience with them because it was so poor and disgraceful to their customerAnd I also told him I no longer want his transmission or his money because this has nothing to do with anything that has everything to do with the way he treated me nothing else I want nothing from him or his company and I would not waste my time putting in one of their transmissions surely he would not be sending me anything of quality to install in my vehicle at this point This transmission that he says he wants sent back only after me asking where mine was does he want it back because he鈥檚 trying to make it hard for me saying that I hadn鈥檛 taken it out it鈥檚 been sitting in the back of my other vehicle on a pallet ready for pick up since day one of me contacting them they told me on two separate occasions that people would be picking it up never got a call no one ever showed up even know he said he didn鈥檛 even want it back and he would be sending me out oneBeware they have no respect for their customers or other timeAll you need to do is go on the Better Business Bureau and see what they get for a grade which is a F also at this point Because of the way I鈥檝e been treated I told them I would not except the transmission from him anymore and did not want the money it has nothing to do with the transmission or money

First of all I've never written a review . Water heater went out wrecked my Holden Commodore an my Tahoe transmission went out all in three hours .
Found a trans online sent a info request Kevin got back to me in minutes . We spoke for few min in online chat an then we had a 30 min phone call . He informed me about the how they do things and the rebuild .
I went ahead with my order under 1000 dollars with a converter , free shipping No Core charge 5years unlimited mile warranty .
I had the trans installed an 30k later an two trips to Mississippi from Ohio she smooth as butter and is everything i expected .
I had my original trams rebuilt in town here for 1200 an it didnt last 21,000 miles the guy wouldn't do anything for me because it was 3 days past 12 month warranty an 500 miles past the mileage warranty.
Thank god i found Kevin an GotAllAP . He absolutely did me right .
I will never waste money on a in town rebuild i will call got all ap every dam time .

I was looking for a transmission for my 90's Pontiac Sunbird. It wasn't easy to get the parts of this car. Fortunately, found about them and ordered a transmission. They delivered it right on time and at a reasonable price. Excellent service!

I have a 1980 Cadillac Eldorado, and its transmission broke down. It was very hard to find original parts for this car. Then one of my friends suggested Got All Auto Parts, so I contacted them. The customer support was very professional and friendly. They found me the exact part of the car in a few days and shipped them over to my house. I am really happy with their services and would recommend them to everyone.

Bought a transmission from here. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they didn't send me a new torque converter with it, and the tranny pan was dented in but who knows could've been shipping's fault. Just reused my old pan and they're reimbursing me for the torque converter. Transmission works as it should so far after 500 miles of driving. Customer service was very good with me too. Price was very fair. Overall happy with my purchase, would recommend to anyone.

Good services fast service and good prices

We ordered a transmission and they took the money out of my account right away. Never once did I receive any other email containing any information other than my order was received. I waited a week and called and they told me it would take 7-10 days to ship. It鈥檚 been 19 days and I still haven鈥檛 received any email or anything.

I ordered a transmission for my Chevrolet Astro Van from this site. They delivered it to me safely and on time. The transmission is very identical to an original and fitted perfectly in my vehicle. Great deal and prompt shipment. I will contact them again if I need another one!

I ordered a transmission from this company for my truck. while it did arrive quickly(one of the only things they did right) it failed before a year was even up. On their website it claims a 5 year unlimited warranty.. after almost a year of trying to get a replacement from them it still has not happened. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will tell you ANYTHING to get you off the phone when you call asking for the status of your warranty.. week after week always something like "It's slated for Fridays truck", "We are testing out a unit for you right now" blah blah blah.. these people WILL lie to you. They even claimed I was trying to get a free transmission out of them by keeping the one that broke.. when the people in their office confirmed that they send it first. they told "We will send you a replacement, then you send us the broken unit for failure analysis". if you value your time and money, avoid buying from Got All Auto Parts.

I would like to give more but it鈥檚 taking to long to ship my order out I was hoping to be back on the road by now before the snowfall but it鈥檚 not looking to go
