My wife decided to by the elements for kitchen , we have everything gorenje except fridge , I am going to buy fridge because I heard they got the best one.

It's an fantastico products..I changed my washer from Bosch to gorenje new model wave active drum…clothes come out sparkling clean and tidy…and also machine whisper silent and more over I like the short cycle and the time management of the machine….I strongly recommend this model..hats of to the designer….it looks to sexy..

Last year i bought a contact grille/toaster on the Black Friday sale. The first toaster we received was a bit wobbly, so we send it back and Gorenje exchanged it right away with a new one. Very good service. The quality of the toaster is impecable, I would not hesitate recommending buying Gorenje products.

I bought a Gorenje induction stove in 2009 for about NOK 12 000. Over the past several months the stove has increasingly been flashing E6 error on the burners, and some of the burners refuse to turn on. The repair service, simply by looking at the flashing lights, estimated a repair price of almost NOK 6000. I realized then that this was not an uncommon problem with Gorenje stoves, and I contacted Gorenje since this was clearly a manufacturing flaw. Gorenje麓s response was simply that they are not legally responsible for their products outside the 5 year warranty period and they did not offer any further suggestions. That麓s the worst customer service I have ever seen by an appliance manufacturer, which further indicates that they receive many complaints on the quality of their products.
