Ordered Anti Bark Dog Collar on Sat 1st Feb paying 拢25 + 拢2.99 delivery. Never received email confirmation.

Website is no longer online. Having now checked it was only registered c. 58 days ago so I've been scammed.

Informed credit card company who advised that I'll have to wait a month before they'll refund the money.

Gordonsdirectstore (not chemist) I ordered an orthopaedic cushion from them on 23rd January 2020 and the payment was taken on that date. I have emailed three times (there is no contact number) I have used the contact link on the website.
Noone responds and I have never received the cushion I paid for in good faith 04/02/2020
