I called the "Product Questions" number and talked to someone in sales and was treated rather gruffly. That put a kind of bitter taste in my mouth, but I appreciate that you have the product I was looking for and will sell me a small quantity of it. I also like that you come up when I search using Google. So thank you!

I worked with Greg – after waiting a week, I emailed and asked for status – no response – I sent a second email – no response
I had to call and ask about order status
No answer but emailed shortly thereafter saying they would ship in 5-1/2 weeks from the initial order date.
I had to call to cancel th order and ask for a refund.
Talk about making you WORK to get an answer! Unacceptable service

I spoke to a surprisingly rude saleperson over the phone before purchasing. If I hadn't asked repeatedly (and delicately) for more specific information despite his incredibly short demeanor and disinclination to help in any way I would have ended up with the wrong product. I don't know what set this gentleman off because he started the call already very angry so I don't think it was anything I said. He must have been having a VERY bad day. If so, I feel for him.

Took my order and money over a month ago and then went silent. Emailed twice and got no response. Called and was told someone would get back to me by days end, and still no return call. Called today to cancel and Ashley acted like I was inconveniencing her. Was promised a refund within 24-48 hours. I will not be holding my breath. Unless you like being frustrated and lied to, avoid this place!

I received the product I ordered, the price was good, and it has functioned well, but it took longer than expected to arrive – about three weeks. In between my ordering and delivery I received some confusing emails about delivery delays. My response requesting clarification was never acknowledged. Very likely this was a result of coronavirus manpower shortages, so I'm willing to cut them some slack. Especially because, at the end of the day, they did deliver a product I had trouble finding anywhere else.

Easy ordering. Had the specific light fixture I needed that the big box stores didn't. Quick delivery of well-packaged items. Quality product. Received email when package was shipped, and received follow up email checking to ensure I received my order. Company also asked if I was satisfied with the product. As the rest of my old recessed light fixtures go out, I will definitely go to back to Gordon Electric Supply.

This was the most straightforward online purchase I've made. Perhaps you can appreciate a google search of the part# lists your company as the 1st selection and a few more clicks on your web page reveals the product spec and its availability at a reasonable price. Thanks, Vass

Needed 5' of blue #12 stranded THHN 1/c wire and 10' of #12 3/c SJTW cord but could not provide an accurate description in keyword field. Seems like a description of #12 Stranded 1/c wire would bring up a list. Just info indicating could not be found. But no worries, I can get that locally. Same with items I did buy. Struggled thru and found those. Also the $10 delivery charge from Kankakee to Indianapolis area seemed a bit steep but you have it and I feel these will be like with like items that I'm replacing. Thanks.

I wanted to speak to someone and was put of a hold feed. Wanted to know about volume discount. While I was happy to find these bulbs,for my kitchen island fixture, these we Also, I have found that these bulbs do not perform for 1,000 hours as reported. Disappointed in performance but I love the elegant look.

Website navigation needs a lot of work. Sales will dramatically increase the more user friendly your website is. Anthony Robins says that innovation and marketing drive all business! Especially if you have good products at good prices. Get on it!

Great price on hard to find grey plugs. Better price than Home Depot and Lowe's. Shipping was very quick.
