The website was very easy to use. I picked up my order Feb 14th at 10am. Everyone was very helpful and packaged my gift so it made it home safely. Great service and great people!

It was easy to order and work the site. I remember Gordon Boswell Flowers from when I grew up in Texas, so they were my first choice. I pray for a beautiful easel spray delivered on time to the Funeral Home, as I remember Gordon Boswell has done many times when I was younger and growing up in Ft. Worth. Thanks you for you many years of service to this community.

Fairly easy. Thanks for listing addresses of hospitals. The filling out the card was a bit awkward (spacing, etc). Appreciated seeing it typed out on the right as I was typing the information.

I sent the flowers to my sister who lives in another state. She called me early on the delivery day to thank me and tell me how pretty the arrangement was.

So far, so good. The funeral is Wednesday, Nov. 27. The flowers should be sent to the funeral home so they can deliver them to the church on Wednesday, the day of the funeral. Get my order right, and I'll be glad to say more positive things. Call if you have any questions.

little bit confusing – trying to get colors of flowers instead of arrangement. But it worked out.
I've used Gordon Boswell all of my life. GB is a Fort Worth Icon. I feel like I'm talking to an old friend who cares as much about the person I am sending flowers, as I do. I will pay that little bit extra to use your services because I know and trust you and your staff.

I've been a Gordon Boswell customer since I was in high school, and I'm now 63 years old. They've never failed me, and especially now I no longer live in Fort Worth, and need to send gifts to family and friends still there!

Smooth and Easy, but extremely disappointed by the poor penmanship on the card I paid extra $ for. The individual who wrote it out scratched thorough a word that was misspelled INSTEAD OF starting over with a new card. It was extremely embarrassing that every person who read my card at the funeral thought I was the one who made the mistake when in fact it was the Floral Company. It's also sad that everyone told me to call and get my money back over it. I'm upset that I paid EXTRA for something and it was done terribly with POOR execution.

You had the most unuser friendly site I have ever used. I tried on mobile and the autofill wouldn't let me put my address on. I moved to web and I kept trying to select the $99 version instead of the $149 version of the bouquet, I went to add this later and you asked me to REFILL IN EVERYTHING…the bouquet looked beautiful and I know my cousin likes your store so I proceeded but I am not happy and still want the $99 version, not the $149 version.
