The guy arrived quickly (about 30 minutes) but when he couldn't pick the lock he had to use a bump key. Charged an extra 37 bucks for it claiming the reason was they wear down and have to be replaced. I told him I understand that may be true but that for 37 bucks he could probably get 50 of them cut. He admitted that to be true. I paid, because I realize the pricing model isn't his fault… but I honestly expected him to show up and use a bump key in the first place for the quoted price. Just be aware you're unlikely to pay the pricing on the site.

I was told it would be $35 for them to come out and unlock my car. After waiting for almost an hour, I was informed it would be $120 to unlock my car ($15 for service call $105 for labor). The guy spent 10 minutes unlocking my door. I hope they can sleep well after knowing they ripped me off. Complete gouge job! I will never use this company again!

I called this company after reviewing what I thought was up-front pricing on their website. I needed to have an office door unlocked. The cost online said $15 for the service fee and starting at $35 for the service. When the gentleman showed up, he gave me a quote of $15 service fee, $219 for the lock. When I told him I would find someone else he told me it would be a $15 service fee and a $55 cancellation charge for a total of $70. At that point, I told him I would move forward. I completely understand that there is an hourly fee associated with labor and that people need to be paid but $219 for a 15 minute job seems excessive.

BEWARE! Use someone local you can trust. DO NOT call these people unless you like being charged an arm and a leg for services.

I was quoted one price, advise the service I need, Had no keys for mailbox need drilled out. Was quoted $50 (which was $30 lower than everyone else) Came out told me $154 I refuse to pay and paid $15 service fee. Would not recommend.

The lock was irrepairable and they wanted $212 to drill out the mailbox lock, cost of the drill bit, labor and new lock. The young man lectured me on why he is the locksmith and shouldn't give advice for free and why he went to school to be a locksmith. He didn't have the right lock and told me I had to go to Home Depot for the lock.
I drilled it out myself, bought this type of lock for $5 to $7. 30 minutes labor.

I got locked out of my vehicle again and if it weren't for Lorenzo I would've died walking home cus nobody wanted to answer they phone鈽癸笍 Lol…thanks again Lorenzo for saving the day.
