I AM STILL WAITING FOR SANDALS THAT L ORDERED AND PAID FOR LAST MONTH ON THE 30TH OF AUGUST YET I WAS TOLD DELIVERY IS WITHIN 10-15 DAYS …I AM REALLY NOT PLEASED AT ALL THERES NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. I SENT AN EMAIL STILL NO RESPONSE

I never received my orders!!! Interacting with their customer service was the most painfully frustrating ever!! They just kept going around in circles without solving the problem- sending my item to the wrong address!!!
The worst!

I ordered clothes from the compagny (a big order) in april 2019. I did not receive any of it!? I have been writing emails to the compagny 4 times, they don't answer at all. I tried to write to them from their website, impossible because of a code (I am told, I use the wrong code, but I don't!) I tried to phone them, they don't answer! 6 month has gone, so I must presume, that I never will receive the clothes, I payed for. This compagny is unfortunately not reliable or trustable! I can NOT recommand this compagny!! ?

Absolute scam. Don't buy from there. They are no longer monitoring their inboxes.

Clothes are rubbish. Returned them for an extra 23 dollars of shipping all the way back to China. Never refunded

Absolute rubbish!!! Returned 2 dresses over a month ago and still waiting for refund. They are also ignoring my emails now. Please do not use the site.

I ordered for dresses some time ago and only two arrived a couple weeks ago and I have yet to received the other two! I spent over $120! I received a dress that was supposed to be red that is orange and the other one is made inexpensively. I was and I am disappointed. The best looking dresses have never come! The package is from a warehouse with no contact information or return information.

Unbelievable!!! Please, never order from this site… Gorahouse is really fake.. I ordered dress the price of the dress 35 $, quality of dres is really bad.. I sent them email and I asked about returning the item. I get only automatically email…. So I am still waiting for answer

If I could give 0 stars I would. I opened a complaint with Pay Pal…will see what happens. Not paying for shipping back to China when the item was shipped to me from California. It took 3 weeks and the dress looks like a tent on me. Such BS. Don't order from this or any other overseas company. They all do this.

These posts aren鈥檛 wrong!
Not only did the package take a month to get to me, I came in the wrong size and wrong colour! And yes they make you pay to send it back to get a refund.
They also send you automatic emails in response to your complaints.
What a joke!

I had the same experience as Matilda.
Although the customer service was good – prompt replies with good explanation to my emails; but still the product quality & time of delivery are not worth with the paid price.
I will not buy again nor recommend this online shop.

I can share my experience with this online store! DON'T TRUST THIS ONLINE STORE! They will probably send you wrong products that you did not order and products that are faulty. The quality is very very bad, nothing like they promise on their website! Don't make the same mistakes that I did. You need to pay if you want to return, this stays on their website, however usually if products are wrong, broken or faulty, it should not be your responsibility to pay the delivery.
