Unbelievably poor service.
I booked collection and delivery of a kayak from a shop in N Wales to my home in SW London. They didn't collect on the day agreed. I emailed them and tried to live-chat – but no response. I then realised they have no phone contact details on their website. Towards the end of the following day I phoned the shop and found it hadn't been collected. I then got through to the courier on live chat, and without my knowledge the shop also contacted them on live chat. Goparcelexpress then said to me on live chat that I was "setting the shop on them" and accused me of having made loads of phone calls to them (they don't have a phone number!) and therefore they were cancelling my order. I asked them not to do so, but they refused to change this and were quite aggressive in their tone. 20 mins later the shop phoned to say the courier had collected it. In the meantime I got an email saying it was in the process of being refunded. I emailed them and asked if it's being delivered or refunded, and please would they go ahead and deliver even if I had to pay more as I'm trying to get it in time for our family holiday. They didn't reply so I waited in the whole of the next day in case of delivery. No delivery, no response to emails. I arranged to work from home the next day – nothing. After several more emails they then replied saying there was no record of my order or of it ever having been collected, and accused the shop of lying or giving it to another courier company. Thankfully the shop advised me they have CCT footage proving collection. I emailed goparcelexpress again and they said they would return it to the shop! I then found out it was now in a depot 5 miles from my home. Then after another email they said it would be delivered that day. It wasn't. They said again they had cancelled the order and would be refunding it (but the money has not come back to my account). Then another email, they said delivery definitely the next day. Nope. . . nothing. Then I phoned DX couriers – the company I discovered were really transporting the kayak. They located it and delivered it promptly the next morning. Unbelievable.

Product may get there but they use very trick in the book to explain away their own inadequacies. They are manipulative and use untruths that can not be unproved. e.g " we tried to collect at 17.58 but could get no response" When you had taken the day off for collection between 10 and 6. You were in but they just don't turn up. Loads of hassle, no phone contact just the dreaded chat. Used twice, never again.

READ THE SMALL PRINT they take no liability but charge a high fee AND insurance that you can't claim. They have essentially smashed a surfboard though it was really well packaged – you would have had to hit it with a hammer…..then denied any liability & now ignored my emails. Am currently pursuing through small claims court procedure for malicious damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your stuff.

7 days later, still waiting for a box to put my bike in to send it away for delivery. Customer service response is terrible. I think they have lied to me on more than one ocasion. They come top of google because they pay a big fee. do not be fooled these guys are timewasters!!

Find it hard to believe anyone can give them a positive review unless they are reviewing themselves which wouldn't surprise me.
These people also operate as sendbike.com and both companies should be avoided at all costs.
They have terrible communication, no telephone contact, no physical address… all the signs of a scam but they will actually arrange shipment but only as a freight forwarder so they'll use TNT, UPS or ? and then if there is an issue you have no come back with the courier company as you are not the account holder and goparcelexpress (or sendbike) will totally ignore you. They also charge extra for insurance but don't actually provide any. Total waste of my time and money… You have been warned.

Goparcelexpress were excellent in fulfilling my requirements to courier four 4×4 car wheels. Communication with their customer service was excellent and Pippa was so helpful in answering all my queries so promptly and making this a hassle free experience. Such a breath of fresh air after experiencing such a dreadful experience from another courier which 'i' cannot name! Wheels arrived safe and sound and I can thoroughly recommend Goparcelexpress. Will be using again. Thank you.

they are not a parcel company they use interparcel. They advertise 48hr delivery, irs been 2 weeks and still nothing yet. They have no contact number or tracking and are extremely difficult to had to contact .i contacted interparcel directly who were given wrong details from goparcelexpress who they never heard of ,courtnay hart ltd is the name they use. Stay clear of this company, complete false advertising
