In late 2019 I used Goo tickets to purchase F1 tickets for Hungary 2020. After COVID caused the race to be rescheduled and held behind closed doors, I contacted them about a refund. Long story short, it took over 22 weeks to get my refund and that was only after having to go through the chargeback process twice. Goo tickets ignored every communication I sent and its impossible to get hold of them by phone.

They are based in Monaco where there are ZERO consumer protection laws – including distance selling – so when they decide to keep your money and provide no tickets, you have ZERO rights. Its thanks to REVOLUT and they're hard work on my behalf, that the money came back to me. If I'd paid any other way I'd have lost my almost 拢1000.

I have used Gootickets for a few years now and their service has been excellent.
Covid has been hard for them im sure As for us all. I have given them a hard time every week since the GP was cancelled to get a refund which today has been actioned. Ok they kept 10% but we have been treated a lot worse elsewhere in the uk.

Well here is my experience of this dreadful company who hides behind Terms and conditions they have constructed that is as weak as horse pee.

Booked tickets for the F1 GP in Barcelona. It is not cancelled according to them as it is postponed, sorry but I could only travel on the dates we entered into an agreement/contract when i paid monies to them.

Just been online to chat to a web advisor and was advised that Puke tickets could not be held liable for any cancelled events and that they are not liable to refund mmm Now i am wondering who I seek the refund from?? Jesus maybe. Absolute disgrace of an attitude. Like many I am trying to seek a refund from I WILL never be going back to them to purchase tickets. Their stupid attitude has alienated a lot of people…. All you had to do was the correct thing and refund people for their hard earned money…

I advise anyone who has paid on a credit card to contact them for a charge back and include all correspondence to date from puke tickets.

If i was the CEO I would be reading these comments whilst hitting my head against a wall after every read to knock some sense into my head.

AVOID AVOID and AVOID like the plague.

It states on their website they are official ticket sellers and nothing to highlight re-sellers as they will reply to say and that they are waiting for F1 to get in touch with them blah blah. Don't get fooled by their wording, also the race was postponed which is no use to me now when they will or may not reschedule the race….. I can't have the time off work in the future. Refund people

Canadian Grand Prix – originally sent us tickets in a lesser value section that we paid (was proved 8 and sold 4-7). Original email response was they had the right to do that. We weren鈥檛 happy to say the least! They called and made it right. We picked up Section 2 at the event and were pleased with the seats. Thank you Gootickets!

I was a little nervous sending payment and knowing that I wouldn't receive the tickets for a couple of month. Gootickets was very upfront about the delay and the tickets arrived right when they were supposed to a month before the event. In short, it was easy and it worked.

Excellent service.
Received the tickets 2 months ahead of the Grand Prix in Monaco.

Always replied to email queries promptly.

The tickets were a gift for family so was great that the process was straightforward and hassle free.

So bought the tickets for the Canadian GP… But I'm unable to print my evoucher that's needed to be shown in order to receive my tickets. I need to print and pick up from site due to the fact I ordered them late and they can't be delivered… That also got me thinking where do I even pick them up? The email states there is places at every event however I cant find one in Montreal after searching.

Funny part is they have one in Monaco. The only one I can find. I'm on vacation currently only 30min away from Monaco. Was just there in fact… so I'll be going over to ask I supose? Or when I pick up my tickets to the Monaco GP… more confusion to follow.

Another problem is I'm looking at purchasing a ticket for the Monaco GP since I'll still be here, however again it's making me download and print the voucher and I can't do that on vacation. Can I really not just show proof via email and card?

Kinda torn on what to do. Really hoping I haven't been scammed

Tickets arrive on time as expected – even if it requires them to go out of their way (through customer service) to make sure it happens.

This was my first experience buying tickets on line for an event outside the US. Everything was great. Tickets were received well before the event and I was able to track the tickets from the time they left gootickets to the time I received them. Again, great experience and I will definitely use them again.

We were buying tickets for the Grand Prix and a bit leary of buying online tickets from a site online and not US. Transaction was smooth, customer service for questions was prompt and tickets delivered!
