You order something for $40 and they send you a $3 garbage. Then you need to dispute the purchase by your credit card company.

Update: I finally heard from the company. They apologized and refunded my money.

I only gave one star because I can't give less. I never received my product and can't get a response from the company after multiple emails. Not only that, but I keep getting notices that my account is being charged for things I haven't ordered. Don't buy from this site. I very rarely write negative reviews and hate to write this one, however, folks should know about this.

Hey this Gootbuy did just that..Excellent and honest in my dealing with them…why not take the best price they offer…I did and they kept their promise. . Wish others did.i will use them again.thank you..Adelene in Kansas.

The website sounds fake, but they had the best price I could find online for top ramen, so I had to try. Happy to say that everything was correct and I had no issues 🙂 I plan to purchase from them again

Edit: going back and looking at the email from my order, even though I got exactly what they offered, I'd forgotten that the tracking number was completely fake. Looks I'll need to find cheap online noodles elsewhere, that sounds pretty scammy 🙁 need to restock the quarantine ramen supply

bought a lil sis dress puppy 1/29/2020 saw nothing advertised as it speaking french. returned it with their return label and see I will be charged for the return. I don鈥檛 know how much the charge will be but I am sure I could鈥檝e shipped cheaper thru Usps vs there ups. Still no refund to date. Also before they replied to me about the French puppy I had to send an email letting them know I was willing to take legal action if they didn鈥檛 reply after attempting twice. This puppy was for my daughter who has the leap frog puppies and loves them. SHE HAS DOWN SYDROME.

They seem reputable and great to me. I ordered something from them yesterday. I needed to change my address, they immediately updated and notified me. Then I decided to cancel my order. They kindly did so and immediately refunded my money. Their communication was great. Most businesses would have said tough and they don't allow cancellation. I was super concerned about them because of the reviews, but honestly my experience with them was amazing enough that I plan on ordering from them in the future. I can't figure out the bad reviews, but it appears that they have stepped up their game.

I purchased a item from the company and not only was it exactly what I wanted but it arrived at a unbelievable price and delivery time. Super fast. Then they accidentally sent another one. I contacted them about it and were super quick to respond and sent a mailing label. This company is five star in my book and I'm not a easy sale. Great job Gootbuy. I will make you my first in any search for a new item

Terrible! I never received my product! I've sent multiple emails, with only one response! They took my money! This is a fraudulent company and site!

Package of DIM came as advertised, and promptly by the next day in an Amazon package. I am satisfied with the product. I am also very satisfied with the level of service. the staff has responded promptly to all my questions and were able to quickly change my shipping address because the website was not allowing me to enter a shipping address that's different than the billing address. So I emailed customer support after the order was placed and they helped me out. Good job GootBuy. Rick D, San Diego, CA.

Excellent Seller! I made another order from GootBuy, quickly I received order, although I entered wrong delivery address at first, awesome service of GootBuy support people —-spent time to track and showed the picture where it was delivery, extremely helpful, from the picture we located got it fast. My order was supposed to have been shipped and dilvered in 2 days, however they were out of the product that i wanted and they told me it would arrive in one week and it did.. I was very pleased.

Ordered 3 qt. instant pot accessory kit because it was less expensive than amazon and it is not carried in any stores in my area. Was told it would take 3 days, but it arrive in 2. Very good quality of product.

Just like previous reviewers, I started to think I made a mistake, but they delivered as promised in two days. Not sure why other people are having these issues, but I will absolutely buy from Gootbuy again

After placing my order鈥?I became concerned that I had made a huge mistake and would possibly be scammed. The reviews led me to believe this is not a reputable company.
However鈥hey have proven the bad reviews wrong.
I had my order in 2 days as promised & was also sent a gift for ordering from Gootbuy. They exceeded my expectations. Given my experience鈥 gave them 5 stars & I highly recommend them.

This company is trying to sell my product and they don鈥檛 even have it. Fake company selling Ghost products.

I ordered some vitamins, and they send a confirmation. There was no number associated with the order or tracking. The vitamins never arrived. I emailed them, and they emailed back that the items were no longer available and that they would credit my card. I'll be sticking with Amazon from now on. Items arriving in just two days!

My purchase was stolen from my porch. Gootbuy was very understanding. Gootbuy sent me another item with no charge to me. I plan to make additional purchases from gootbuy in the future. Customer service went above and beyond to solve the problem

Scam website please beware. DO NOT ORDER! I will make sure this website is SHUT DOWN. Scamming innocent people, luckily whoever this is would be tracked by IP Address

I ordered soursop living bitters on Wednesday and I recieved my glass container safely packaged and wrapped in two days without issue. Thanks for the speedy shipping.

Seems like a scam because EVERY SINGLE item says "only 2 left in stock." I don't trust it!!!

I had a great experience with this company. I bought this for a skin problem for my cat. It arrived in 2 days. My cat had some terrible itching and hair loss and as soon as I put it on her, she rolled over, let out a deep purr and hasn't scratched since. My jar was full and sealed on the outside. I am very happy with them. I did have a couple of problems with the website and am wondering if some of these complaints had to do with it.

I ordered the item, but was told 2 days later (when it should have been shipped out already) that the item was out of stock. They emailed that they only authorized the payment but the money was never withdrawn from my bank. I read that this has happened to other people too, so beware, this could be a scam. I tried to write a comment on their page, but that didn鈥檛 work. I even tried to reply to someone else鈥檚 comment and that didn't work either.

total scam! Had to call my bank to cancel the payment. Then they sent me an email that the product is out of stock!!

BEWARE…I ordered some kits candy, then I went back to the site to check delivery day. Say my order was cancel, I got no email from THEM! OR REFUND YET! ..after I was dumb enough to use my debit card for it, some one has been buying things off amazon & Bestbuy… BEWARE !!! I think the reviews on here they wrote them.
