Scam! I ordered Christmas lights from what appeared to be a legitimate trader. They are not. I received a felt Santa!!! The card company did a good job and charged the transaction back to the merchant, refunding me. Today, my account is showing the same charge again, so the scumbags are still playing their games.

Bad bad bad bad bad.

I was worried about buying when I saw the advert on Facebook, but figured they were legit because they accepted PayPal. Never received the Twinkly lights. Got a felt Santa today, which I'm guessing was from them. I am hoping PayPal will refund my money. So disappointed. Scamming people at Christmas is low.

I ordered Christmas Tree light from them. I did not receive them and filed a dispute with my credit card company. When I checked up on it, I went to their store in my browser history and it said the store was closed. THe store was being hosted by Shopify.com so I wrote to Shopify and here is the response I got from them:

Hi Dave,

I鈥檓 glad you鈥檝e reached out to Shopify. My name is Rain, your friendly Guru for today. Hopefully you're doing well while reading this email. Thank you for bringing this to our attention I'd be happy to help you in any way I can.

First off, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't receive the item you ordered from an online store. I truly understand how you must feel about this as I've had an experience similar to this in the past. I truly sympathize.

At Shopify, we don't only value our merchants and partners but the customers as well. I will say this, we absolutely do not tolerate any type of fraudulent activity on Shopify.

We truly appreciate you for including the amount of the order. If this does happens to be a Shopify store, we will take a look into the stores activity and take action where appropriate. For legal and privacy reasons we will not be able to share the results of this investigation with you. But rest assured that I will keep my eyes on this until this investigation is resolved.

If you didn't receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, the best move would be to reach out to your Credit Card issuer or Paypal depending on how you paid for the order. You can ask them for the contact information or details of the true merchant that you had an order from so you can reach out to them.

I would highly recommend reaching out to your bank/credit card/Paypal account that you used to make the purchase just incase you were not able to receive the item/s you ordered on the agreed upon delivery date. They should then be able to begin an investigation with the aim of retrieving your funds.

As I have mentioned above we will make sure that we look into this and I can guarantee you that we do not tolerate such actions.

I also had same problem but didn鈥檛 receive anything. I disputed the purchase with PayPal. The purchase comes up as SH retail Solutions if that helps anyone. I also reported to Facebook as i am outraged that they would allow a scam like this on their website. Good luck to all that were scammed also.

I was refunded by PayPal, SHAME on FACEBOOK for allowing this illegal SCAM company to advertise on its site, I am looking into taking action against Facebook and starting a class lawsuit. Facebook needs to be accountable for allowing these FRUED artists to be so active, a few companies are legit on Facebook I'm sure, but most use is it as a corrupt way to steal.

Just want to state i was also scammed by this company but all not lost ive just discovered im protected by paypal if any of you used paypal give them a call they open a dispute for you to get your money back good luck hope this post helps at least a few of us

Totally ripped off. Never received product after 2 months of waiting. They stopped responding to emails and now the shop's website doesn't exist anymore. It was all a scam.

Absolutely fuming ordered a climbing santa on 29/11/2018 and today recieved a very poorly made hanging felt santa decoration i have emailed and the email has been redirected to boxbe!!! I went to the website and funniky enough its shut down I have paid out 拢43 for a 拢1 decoration avoid this company

From Goosfie.com, I purchased 3 sets of Twinkly lights (LED STRING LIGHTS – 225 LED) on 12/1/2018.

As of 12/24/2018, I have not received the product.

On 12/12/2018, I sent Goosfie an e-mail (CS.Goosfie(at)gmail.com, Goosfie(at)gmail.com).
They did not respond.
I called 1-877-201-9196 (list on website), but only got a recording.

Checking goosfie.com today (12/24/2018), it does not appear to be active anymore. It shows a Shopify page with the message "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable".

Total scam….should have done some research first . They never deliver and the tracking sites are bogus…..buyer beware of this company.

I ordered some christmas lights on 23/11.
On 28/11 I was sent a tracking link that did not work. I emailed and asked for an update.
On 04/12 I gpt a reponse with another tracking link. Turned out my items were still in China.
On 08/12 with no further updates I asked for a refund. I received no repsonse.
On 14/12 I asked for an update / refund.
On 18/12 I asked for an update / refund.

Do not trust this company.

Update: 07/01/19: all traces of the company have disapperared. I received 2 x crappy felt christmas pendants from Vietnam worth about 25p. Utter scumbags.
