Do not use this company.
Gooseberry took my payment for an order. Initially, it all seemed legitimate – they sent a tracking number, but then the delivery never arrived. I chased it up countless times, and they said I had to wait 28 days for it to be considered lost. On the 29th day, I contacted them, they apologised, and said they'd send a replacement. I'm still waiting. I contacted my bank to report the fraudulent transaction. They have paid me back. I have also reported them to trading standards.

Do not use this company.

You will receive lots of identical emails but you will not receive your order and you will not receive a refund.

I have reported them to Nottinghamshire County Council because they need to be investigated and stopped from trading.

I now have to take legal action against them to get my 拢150.98- back.

Don't take the risk to save a few pounds, use a reputable company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! ORDERED MY PRODUCT 2 MONTHS AGO!! NEVER DELIEVERED ME THE PRODUCT!! I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND ALL THEYVE BEEN SAYING FOR A MONTH IS IT WILL TAKE 3-10 WORKING DAYS !! IM SHOCKED HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL RUNNING!! IT SHOULD BE REMOVED

Gooseberry shop SCAM company DO NOT USE THEM https://gooseberryshop.co.uk , https://www.instagram.com/gooseberrysalon/ https://www.facebook.com/gooseberrysalon/ I never left a negative review BUT I don't have choice this time around as I do not want anyone else to have to order anything from such a scamp company! Gooseberry shop takes money for good that they never send out and just mess around with you! I never thought a company that have UK address can be so dodgy! I ordered some good from Gooseberry鈥檚 website on 4 October. According to the information on their website I was supposed to receive the goods I ordered within 8 working days HOWEVER instead or received the goods I paid for, I received an email saying that there were some delays and my order will be with me in a few days. So I waited a few days and NOTHING 鈥?since the first email I sent on 15 Oct we have exchanged over 30 email! Gooseberry shop had promised number of times that they will send my order and I will receive my goods by the end of the week 鈥?6 weeks later NOTHING. The address on the website is Nottingham NG3 5QR and this is the only reason I ordered from them! I finally had to cancel my order last Friday on 15 Nov. Now almost a week later they have not refunded my money. Since 4 October I tried to phone them but they never answer the phone. I am truly baffled by all the stellar reviews on their page! These must be friends, paid reviewers or simple people who lucked out with Gooseberry BUT most likely all the reviews are made up! Please do not make the same mistake and do not ever use them! This company is obviously not fit to operate in the UK!!!

I wish I had checked the reviews on this site before ordering… I don't understand how they can have 4.7 stars on FeeFo and only 1 star everywhere else? I placed an order for two bottles of shampoo for approx 拢55 on the 10th of October. It is now the 6th of November and the order still hasn't been shipped. They keep saying 'next week'. I have asked for a refund and received no answer yet. Please avoid at all costs!!!

I placed a order 1st sept waited so long they sent me a email will be delayed come October i received 1 item out of 3,so i emailed asking where the rest of the items they emailed back and said there was a delay now we in november nothing so i emailed i want a refund for my outstanding items they emailed back and explained 7 to 10 days it has been over 10 days now i will be in touch with trading standards tomorrow as they are not replying back to any of my emails now. This company needs to be shut down asap taking money of people and not delivering your goods then refusing to give money back worst online retailer then they bombard me with 20% off emails everyday I DON'T WANT 20% OF I WANT MY MONEY BACK DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY.

I have ordered a hair product on the 10/09/2019. I have never received it and the company admits never sending it. They offerred a refund. And since than, for almost 2 months they keep feeding me promises of sending the refund in "3-10 business days". It is almost November now but money's still not received. I wrote them 10 times and they answered 10 times, but still no money. I am not alone here, many people complane about this type of scum – selling stuff they dont have and keeping the money. No one can do anything to them because they dont refuse the refund, just keep promissing sending it "soon". Avoid by all means

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and have not received my order even though I have paid for it. This is unacceptable. I emailed today and my order hasn鈥檛 even been sent out yet. Ridiculous.

I ordered a hair product after 2 weeks hadn鈥檛 arrived, was offered a refund Almost 2 weeks ago, however this hasn鈥檛 arrived yet either. I keep getting e mails in which they are advertising the same product !!! My advise would be to avoid ordering from this company, I am going to contact trading standards.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my Order even though the money came out of my account 2 weeks ago. When I emailed them I was told I should have been informed that there is a delay with my order, but I was not told this. I asked that it be sent ASAP but this was a week ago and I have still not received it. Not happy with this at all as I need this delivery.

Worst experience with any company I have ever had. Four months after not receiving the goods, they still have not provided a refund. They never answer calls or return messages. They do not respond to emails. They have blocked me on FB messager and now disabled the comment function on their FB posts. So dishonest. It is now obvious, from reading so many other similar reviews, that this company deliberately steals customer money.
