Unfortunatly due the coronavirus and delays I had to cancel my order as I will start to travel for a long time and it could never arrive in time anymore (no ones fault)
The costumer service was extremely helpfull and I could see the repayment immidiatly on my phone. If i read a lot of comments here it looks like they would never refund our help but they did and even extremely fast.
Once im back or in Bali i will for sure order again! Thank you Anny for your kind services! And i cannot believe the bad reviews here as i had a very good service.

I ordered a set of bra and a string on the 4th of june and it arrived on the 23rd of june.
Good customer service, i asked 10 days after i placed the order to change size, which they did the following day.
However, duty fees were really high. For 130 canadian dollars, i paid 53$ of duty fees.
In conclusion: Very expensive but overall good experience, good embroidery, nice customer service

They full on lie. It says free shipping on products over $171 CAD. I spent $180 and still had to pay the $71 customs charge. When I emailed customer service about it they literally said sorry too bad. And then the refund wasn鈥檛 possible since it had been made 21 days ago. They took three weeks to even ship it. Horrible company and I am so pissed I just spent $300 on two bras and a pair of panties. So aggressively not worth it. I am so angry. Also did you realize their reviews on their website are unable to edit? Scam

I recently ordered a set from Gooseberry however I decided to cancel it because I was not able to wait for the shipping to come because I was leaving for a trip. I was not within the 24 hours of ordering so I had to email them to ask if cancelling the order was possible. Gooseberry responded very quickly and refunded the purchase I had made 4 days before. I have read a lot of reviews saying customer service was poor but my experience was quite opposite. They were very quick and understanding.

I purchased some stuff from and after waiting three weeks with no updates, they emailed me a DHL tracking number. DHL tracking number never updates so I contacted DHL to find out the status of my package, they say that nothing under that tracking # was ever shipped with DHL. Goosebery says my order has been sent to DHL days ago and I should speak to DHL.. SO FRUSTRATED!

This company is a SCAM. Buyer beware!! I purchased several hundred dollars worth of swimwear and after waiting two weeks with no update, I email them to find out the status of my package, and they give me a bogus DHL tracking number- when I call DHL with the tracking number, they say that nothing under that tracking # was ever shipped with DHL. At this point, they're just ignoring my emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

My boyfriend ordered me a set as a surprise. He didnt realise there would be a big custom charge (拢23) to receive the goods. Of course, he should have done his research, but it would be good to include this on the website! When the products came, they were very poor quality…not what you would expect for the price you are paying. We contacted them asking how we can get a refund, and we would have to send it back and cover the costs ourselves. We were going not going to do this as it didnt make financial sense (in case it got lost/ couldn't afford to pay for signed for tracking etc), but then we noticed an actual hole in the bra. We contacted them immediately, and raised a dispute against them on PayPal. They said they would refund us, but we had to cancel the dispute with Paypal for them to do this. (they sent a 'screenshot' of this message). We thought this was a little strange, so did research into this. It turns out that the company could refund us with the case open, and they had sent a fake scree shot to us. We contacted them about this, and now they have stopped responding. I wouldn't recommend this 'insta brand' at all – faulty goods, a lot of money lost, and bring to con us out of trying to get our money back.

Returns are only accepted 21 days after order date, but it鈥檚 been a full 7 days since I ordered and tracking says my order has not even shipped yet. I鈥檓 crossing my fingers that customer service will accommodate if and when I have an issue. I obviously just hope I don鈥檛 have to return at all. The 21 days should definitely be from day of delivery IMO.

Such bad quality. I paid 拢100 for 2 bras thinking they would be these beautiful pieces of lingerie. Flimsiest bras I鈥檝e ever purchased. Even my Braletts from Topshop are better quality! Don鈥檛 forget the 拢30 charge at customs which I had no idea about. Not true to size either. There is no support it just is saggy material and barely an existence of underwire. I bought the muse in white and the popular black be mine- which is already frayed at the edges because it鈥檚 probably some cheap plastic. RIP OFF!!

I just received the mint wonder one piece and I absolutely love it! It came in great condition and fits like a glove. The material is A++ and the color isn鈥檛 as bright as it shows in the picture but it鈥檚 still very stunning. I purchased a size small and my height is 5鈥?鈥? bust 32 A; waist 26. Also, for those women that have the same size bust and struggle with finding a one piece like I did I highly recommend this item, you won鈥檛 regret it.

i didnt have any issues with delivery and they came in a cute little mesh bag. Unfortunately, though the quality is so average it's not funny, especially relative to the price. The material feels like a cheap nylon/polyester swim wear fabric.
They look great in pictures and its sturdy material which is nice but it's just not great and definitely not worth the money paid. The nude colour is a very pink-yellow base so I would suggest staying with darker colours if you are considering buying anything.
I've never really written a review before and I don't like bad-mouthing peoples' business, I just thought maybe someone else can avoid the $300 unnecessary spend that I didnt.

I was hesitant to purchase from Gooseberry after reading some of the reviews. However, they had a sale and I was going to Hawaii so I really wanted to get a new bikini. I order the for you bikini in coconut. I am usually an xs-s in most things so I ordered a small. The bikini top is one of my favourites and is so amazing and flattering! The bottoms are cute, I am used to wearing pretty skimpy bottoms but be aware that the crotch is quite small in these bottoms, I compared it to other brands I own (437, black bikini the label, etc.) and it was noticeably smaller. I was worried I wouldn't be able to wear them without stuff falling out but the bottoms fit more of a low/mid-rise instead of a high rise which I am used to. Overall I really like the bikini and received many compliments on it, but it was super sad when I got a text message on the customs fees. I am in Canada so I had to pay an extra $36 to receive the package, which cancelled out any of the savings I received due to the sale. Please be aware of this before ordering, however, if you don't mind paying a bit extra or can split the extra costs with a friend or order a lot at once, it won't be as bad.

I've discovered Gooseberry Intimates when I was living in Bali, in 2015. At the time, they only had their boutique on Oberoi Street and weren't even selling online. Since then, it became a pretty famous online brand for lingerie, advertised by many influencers.
Well, I still like the brand. The designs, and the materials used. I think the lingerie is comfortable, cute and sexy. I have ordered multiple times online as I don't live in Bali anymore, and I think the quality of their lingerie has remained about the same over time. The prices are correct with a discount code or during occasional sales.
The main negative here I would say are the duty and tax fees… which is a really bad surprise to be honest when you receive your order. Maybe the Gooseberry team could find a solution about that? (Otherwise, you have to order less often but make a bigger purchase when you do, during the sales or promotions lets say, like this you avoid the import fees too often on small orders…) but yeah it still sucks 🙁
Other than that, delivery is pretty quick considering it comes from Indonesia, and when I had to deal with the Team, from my experience, they were nice and responsive.

Wrote a review on about them and they comment back claiming I was rude! All I said was they needed better customer service and clearly they do since they can鈥檛 even admit to their wrongs and are arguing with people even on Trustpilot now as everyone can see for their own eyes. Wish I could post the screenshots of the messages. Still a joke of a company. Here鈥檚 another bad review for you.

I purchased a swimsuit, and the clasp in the back broke after 15 mins of wearing it. I have the same suit in other colors and this has never happened before. This one must have been defective. I messaged Gooseberry on Instagram, telling them my situation, and they replied very quickly! They were willing to ship me a brand new top and refunded me for the original one I bought. They made this process extremely easy for me, which I did not expect. I will continue to shop here knowing that the customer service is so amazing. I would give Gooseberry more than 5 stars if I could!! Also, their swimsuits are gorgeous!!

I have purchased a number of items/sets for my wife and she absolutely loves the quality of them! The styles look amazing and she looks stunning in them, really heats things up! Gooseberry recently did a sale for International Women鈥檚 Day and for some reason I couldn鈥檛 get the code to work on my order before the sale ended. So I sent them a DM on Instagram asking for help. They responded within mere hours and gave me a new code to use despite the fact that the sale was now over. The coupon meant a lot for me, my order was for my wedding undergarments (arguably the most important undies you鈥檒l ever wear!!) and with all the wedding expenses, sale prices go a long way for me! Such great customer service, and their lingerie and swimsuits are amazing quality. This is my second purchase with Gooseberry and I鈥檒l definitely be back for more!

Extremely horrible customer service. I placed an order; after waiting two full working days I still did not receive track information. Unfortunately, I purchased a bathing suit for vacation and was looking forward to this arriving before leaving. Had they shipped the product according to their shipping policy it would have arrived on time but due to their negligence it would not. When I inquired with customer service (now the 3rd working day) they still had not even dispatched the product, I told them I would need to cancel the order since it would not make it in time and then tried charging me a 5% fee due to their failure to meet their own guidelines !! This company is extremely rude and their unwillingness to fix their mistake will have me never order anything from them again.

Bad quality and awful return or exchange policy. Because they are always selling at a discount because their items are highly marked up, if you get a 25% discount you can鈥檛 even exchange if the size doesn鈥檛 fit. Absolutely terrible business model. I will not be purchasing from them again.

This company is 100% a scam! I am pretty sure their bikinis cost about 2 quid to make at most… Its such a shame that influencers are being paid ridiculous amounts of money to be dishonest and give amazing reviews of products they would most definitely not spend money on themselves!! What a world we live in!! To be completely honest the actual posting from Bali wasnt bad. I mean, I didnt read that it would cost me 30 pounds extra because of customs, but, I guess you could say that is probably my fault for not reading they're tiny little paragraph on their website mentioning it. That and a mix of dishonest marketing… but what can you do! It's more the actual quality of the bikini which I ended up paying around 80 pounds for (that was with a discount). The quality of the lycra just isnt there unfortunately… cheap cheap. The actual quality of construction, so how the swim piece has been sewn together is poor to say the least… Honestly I think I can do a better job myself at sewing up something more decent.

Great lingerie company. Discovered them after Agent Provocateur's designs started to become very tacky. Good quality and beautiful designs.
You will have to pay 20% import tax on anything you buy so beware of that, it also makes returns a bit difficult but as long as you check out their fitting guide it should be fine.
