Terrible company. The driver double charged me and the company refused to refund or get the money back from the driver.

Shocking company. I booked a trip at the start of the year which they then cancelled due to Covid. I ask for a refund numerous times to which I get no response and then they decide 2 months later to reinstate the transfer. Of course, we have since cancelled our trip as we weren't able to get to the place we needed as they cancelled our transfer! Now they flat out refuse to give a refund. Avoid

This company is a joke.
I've been trying to contact them via every possible means for weeks now and they never respond. They took our money for bookings which they had to cancel due to Covid-19 but refused to provide a refund even though it's clearly against the terms of their booking policy. I've raised a claim with credit card company to try get a refund and also plan to report this company for their actions.

Go-opti have cancelled all their transfers until the end of the year because of Coronavirus which I totally understand. They have sent me a credit voucher for the cancelled trip but this is of no use to me so I have asked for a full refund. I have sent emails, tried calling only to get a recorded message and sent messages on messenger. No response at all. I know these are difficult times but it鈥檚 difficult for all of us. I would really like my money back which is over 鈧?00 euros!

I have a flight from Venice on 13th of March, and a flight back to Venice on 18th of March. Because of the latest developments Italy is on lockdown and most plane flights are cancelled. But GoOpti is still saying they are transferring people from and to Venice and declining a refund. I would be happy if anyone that reads this from GoOpti can answer these questions:
1- When all of Italy is in lockdown what is your motivation to still take people from Croatia, Slovenia to Venice which is a coronavirus hotspot
2- What do you expect your customers to do when you leave them at Venice Airport ? To stay at the airport until their trip back and come back again with you ?
The only refund they offer is %25 percent and that is only a coupon to use it another time at GoOpti

Wanted to inquire about a transport over the phone, the lady was rude, not helpful at all, like she didn鈥檛 receive any training what it means to work in sales/ customer support services.
Her response was to check on the website. Where do you think I got the phone number?!
Used their service also a couple of months ago… THE WORST EXPERIENCE.
Ended being dropped off the last at home from the whole shuttle, despite being the ONLY ONE passenger who actually paid this extra, because the the driver gave other passengers 鈥渇ree ride to home鈥?instead of dropping them off at the drop off point. Expected arrival time.. was way off time. Did not expect to arrive home that late, hence my frustration that others who got service for free were dropped off first.

Thiefs. No refund possible, they give you a "bonus" to spend on your next request of the value of 10%. Thiefs.

I recently booked a GoOpti service for my elderly parents, unfortunately 8 days before their trip my father fell ill and I had to cancel. GoOpti's terrible cancellation policy means they took about 80% of the value of the ride and gave me a credit for the remainder. It was at this point that I realised what a rip off this service is. As I tried to use the credit on routes I was familiar with, their outrageous prices were exposed. For example I pay 105鈧?for an executive car service Milan-Malpensa (merc e or s class) – GoOpti price 鈧?50 – a normal taxi is about 80鈧? From Monza to Linate exec car service I use 鈧?0 – GoOpti Price 鈧?50 – Use these guys at your own massive expense – I have learned a valuable lesson

We used goopti from novigrad in croatia to piran in slovenia. After repeated overpriced, sour and inaccurate taxi rides from split to istria, we were above average concerned about trying an unknown service. Fortunately, the concerns were completely unfounded; the driver showed up ahead of time, he was polite, it was a clean and nice car, and we arrived in piran at the agreed time even with crossing borders. We were informed via sms and email in addition to the driver Robert called us. highly recommended

Signor Roberto, gentilissimo autista, la ringrazio tanto per aver aspettato la mia mamma! ?
If your flight is delayed I recommend you call them and let them know straightaway.
They are happy to help.?

I would advise you to take any other transfer! I went with them from Venice to Maribor back when they didn't have their parking yet, so I was searching like crazy where to wait for the van (eventhough I was on time, but I just didn't see the van) . Then I called and they told me wherre to wait, but the driver was Italian and of course didn't know any other language, then we had to switc the vans somewhere and thank good the driver was Slovenian, so he could explain to us.
Right now, I was also supposed to have a goopti transfer again from Venice to Maribor at 1.30 (got 2 messages), so we waited on their parkinglot with other people and at 1.45 I called them….of courseee the transfer was moved to 2.45, withouth any message or notification….oow and you have to pay additional if you have big suitcase. I would seriously advise anyone to not make your traveling more stressfull by going with them

I use their service anytime I'm in the region of Northern Italy and Slovenia when the train or bus service isn't convenient. This has been a total of 5 or 6 trips in the past 2 years and I have always had good experiences. I'm amazed at how many locations they offer. The service is totally worth it when I don't want to wait for public transportation. The drivers have always been on time and professional. Sometimes I even get good advice on what restaurants the locals go to.

I booked a TIMED transfer 9.30pm from Treviso airport to Padua (due to the slowness of public transport options late at night after a late arrival). I paid almost twice the minimum price to have my departure guaranteed to within 15mins – or so it is clearly advertised on the website. Then I arrived at the airport to a text saying I would not depart until 10.30pm, because another flight taking my shared transfer had been delayed. Zero customer service on the phoneline. Buried in the legal small print on the website, the company reserves the right to flexibility up to 2hrs! This is NOT flagged up anywhere during the booking process – the company was happy to take 37 euros for my booking when I could equally well have paid 23 euros for a 1hr+ pickup window, i.e. the service I actually received. There is clearly NO POINT paying for the more expensive transfer time-windows. Buyer beware.

GoOpti should be an honest consumer friendly company but as they have little competition they don't have to be and aren't. They are absolutely involved in price gouging, and have poor to little customer support, asking any complaints to be in written form and then may or may not respond to your letter. You WILL NOT be refunded for changing a ticket( even if done within minutes of booking by accident or otherwise) except in goOpti credit. which is not convenient unless you are frequent customer, and even then your credit may be EU100 and if you subsequent ticket is EU35 you lose the whole 100 with the use of your credit. They are operating openly in a fraudulent and unfriendly consumer way. all of their fine print rules are stated for the consumer to see, but that doesnt make them fair. I had a complaint with them, wrote them, and on my next booking with them they "accidentally" lost my reservation and didnt pick me up at 4am. I had to hire a private car.

Terrible. Paid extra for a pick up time of 0700, however they changed it the day before to 0545 due 鈥渇orecast traffic鈥?which of course didn鈥檛 eventuate. Total scam and no resolution offered by Complaints Manager An啪e.
WARNING:
When it can be reasonably presumed that the carriage will take longer than usual, like in cases of bad weather forecast, road work, predictable traffic jams, etc., the vehicle can depart as early as necessary to ensure a timely arrival of the PASSENGERS at the chosen destinations, of which the BROKER notifies each PASSENGER by SMS or e-mail.
….This means they will change your pick up time to anytime that suits them and make any poor excuse. You will then proceed to spend an hour picking up multiple other passengers, pulling over three times due to the driver getting lost, like we had to, all despite paying double the price for the shorter journey time.
TOTAL. SCAM.

Best airport transfer, but they don't track your flight, for which if it is delayed I don't know how they handle delay. Also pick-up time is not great, beacuse you need to wait for your driver as they don't track your flight. But it is great for cheap airport transfer. If you need private transfer, they also offer that, but you need to co-pay and also you get excat pick-up time.
