This store from Google, for your Android devices has so much crap. One of the biggest problems is fake cloud mining apps, and some of them you have to pay to download or get it started. So…they are scams! Another one are apps misleading the user base with ads saying you can win money from them but you don't. They are mostly from China and India. Google's quality control are no where.

The only reason this is not a 1-star review is that I actually was able to get most of the 300+ euro my kid spend to Roblox games (horrible quality games).

Even though my account has the setting to require authentication for transactions, my credit card was charged 73 times during my son's two week vacation. It is obvious he was never asked to authenticate on his new Samsung tablet. I only logged in to YouTube for him and lo and behold, my card was FULLY exposed to unauthorized charges.

To add insult to injury, the Google Play support refuses to acknowledge in any way that this practice is ABSURD. It never happens on iOS devices or any other site for that matter.

So never associate your account with an Android device unless you first delete all PAYMENT methods from your account. Painful lesson learned – Google cannot be trusted with your payment details!

Would give less the 1 star because these lot are just as much thieving wronguns as the apps they let go on their app downloads. I've spent thousands and thousands through them on games for the games they have on their to have problems and mess up causing me to lose hundreds of pounds worth of items troops the lot and google being the thieving c**ts they are let's them get away with it. This is why apple will be better then them all the time cause they give back refunds where google keep your money with the app developers. They're thieving no good invalid c**ts

People always complain, and find a place to do it. Unfortunately their rating doesn't reflect their performance. I had a refund at one point for something and felt taken care of. Honest-ish company besides the obvious potential for them to spy on us 😉

Unauthorised money was taken out of my account , I noticed this within a hour of this money being taken , it was over a quarter of my monthly income! When speaking to the advisor (who I contacted within a hour of the purchase) I explained my financial situation to them , on benefits etc… , I was then told to make a unauthorised payment claim , but was told it should be sorted within 48 hours ! As being advised to do this I waited the time then was advised it could take up to 12 days , on the 12th day (which is today ) I was told I鈥檓 not getting the money back and I should put in a claim for a one time refund payment ( but these are only given if made within the 48 hour period !!! ). So not only have I been left with no money to feed my children who are currently living with me I鈥檓 also in debt due to late payment fees ( which I told the advisor about).
Be very careful using google as they have no concerns for you well being or family environment

bought an episode of Sopranos on GooglePlay but when I try to play it, YouTube ask me to buy it again! Have contacted GooglePlay about this twice, but they can't or won't help.

Some cool games offered to play. Some privacy, and pricey issue games, Apps. Google itself is hard to reach online. Self help is the new junk norm .Noticed piracy is big on Google play with emulators .

Terrible customer service had money taken from my account I proved it wasnt me and they still refused to refund

While I love Google Maps, I simply cannot recommend Google Play. Bad experience with a promissed discount that did not get honoured. Lousy after-sales service and in the end I gave up. I can no longer trust Google to be honest.

My daughter subscribed to some pet game without our knowledge. 拢65 came out of our account. They wouldn't refund us. Please stay well away!!!

I just deleted all passwords on Google play. They write on they policy if customer contact regarding refunds in 2 hours slot. And delete app they provide the refund. I fill they form and explain situation. They replied that I choose wrong reason and I need submit refund form again. And when I fill form again they write that I didn't meet refund policy. I miss time scale. 🙂
Great Google support. Not nice

Disgusting. My son used my card without my concent and it was the bank that has his medical money in. He's only 11 years old with severe autism and other disabilities so he didn't understand his wrongdoings. Initially i got 11 refund outbid the 200+ purchases by going on my order history, but Google refuse to refund anymore which is disgusting. Disability discrimination

My mom always had troubles using devices but that changed with Google Play on Android. Now she can simply find and download the app she need without my help. Thank you guys so much!

I contacted google play support about my debit card being charged by grindr without my permission and told them Grindr ran my card 11 times in August 2018 trying to change from $9.99 to $12.49, then to $12.99. Also id lost my old card and my new card # was posted back on google play. Id removed my old card from google play and had not put my new # on it. I demanded to know how it got put on there. I believe Grindr did this as they just refunded one $12.99 and it went on this card. Google play is trying to say i hit a wrong button when on my subscription page it shows I cancelled Grindr in July.

Lots of apps and most of them are free. Great variety and you can base your choice of the reviews or recomendations.What more can you ask for?

Iphones do get a lot of apps but google play gets 99% of them. On google play most apps are free too. Personally I like google play better than the app store iPhones have just because its more organized and it keeps thing secure

I had a purchase declined so went to purchase again which was successful only to find out I was charged twice. Contacted Google to be told yes we can see it was declined and went through twice (admitted liability) was told he would deal with it to then be told it had been refused. What rubbish service which is obviously theft.

I had some unauthorized charges in December that I submitted a claim for. At first I was really happy because they said I would get a full reimbursement. Then they stated that it would go back onto my card that the original charges had occurred. I've stated numerous times to numerous people that my bank issued me a new card so I don't know if it will work.
I've been repeatedly ignored, I've been lied to-I was told my claim would be in by the 18th, when I contacted them yesterday they said that the refund that was submitted had an error and they submitted it again. They refuse to just mail me a check or give me solid proof that a refund was even submitted.
Do not do business with this website!

A useful resource for android device users. Tons of free/paid apps to use for any purpose you can use your device for. Loads of useless apps are also present though.

I've enjoyed almost everything I have purchased or downloaded free. It's easy to use and they have a great selection of what ever you're looking for.
The only drawback is that it's too easy for my kids to press the wrong buttons on my phone and order stuff. I also got a few scratched records. Lol! Yes scratched. Buy after a few phone calls, they removed the purchase and refunded the money.
It's still my go to music and app store.

Being an android user, I obviously use Play for apps but I recently made the mistake of buying music on it. There's a separate app for it (Play Music) and I originally assumed it would be similar to iTunes. At first I liked the convenience of it, but I quickly noticed that more than half the songs I purchased won't play without internet connection. I emailed customer support about the issue and they never got back to me. After doing a bit of research I found that I wasn't the only one to have this problem and it can apparently be fixed with some assistance from customer support but I haven't had time to phone them. I won't be using Google Play to purchase music anymore. I never had this problem with iTunes and it's ridiculous that I paid for music that I can't even listen to without using data/wifi.

If You have ever been to any auction , You know how exciting it can be , and how easy it is to get caught up in the game , to win (no matter the cost) . Always start to bid , with a reasonable stopping point . I have heard so many reviews , about Quibids , where people say , its a rip off , when really , they just don't know when to say when , (including myself) !!! You are the one pushing the bid button and NO ONE is forcing You to get carried away . Bid resposable
