Google Adwords

Like using adwords but a lot of clients or referrals I get are not good quality. As a health professional I think it's better to use word of mouth to help build your business.

Great tool to use for marketing

The first I knew about a google adwords account was an email from a debt collection company. No invoice needs to be sent to me, apparently.
Is this ethical business practise?
I have asked for an invoice on 3 separate occasions but no invoice has been sent. I have searched for the 'mystery' advertisement for my company J Cross Builders Ltd but – you've guessed it – I cannot find it.
If I cannot find an advertisement, then how are my potential customers? I suspect this is a scam. It just doesn't feel right….

Set up Adwords account. performed keyword research and magically campaign launched without me knowing! I then called Google Adwords support and staff disconnected from me so had to call back in.

Average at least I was able to get some value but because I'm new its not really a large value. Thanks though
