Tried to Return Artic Air Units received mid September 1st Email sent on Oct 6, 2020: This unit does everything as advertised except blow air. The fan is a joke. Great concept. It鈥檚 exactly what I wanted if the fan would blow more than 3 inches out. So I need an RMA for these units please.

I received my purchase between 9/13 and 9/20 while I was away in Chicago for a funeral. I tried to reach your company on 10/6/20 by emailing to [email聽protected] for an RMA to return these items. I did not receive any response. I just today finally found a number to call and of course it is busy every time I try to call. Please send an RMA as these do not work as advertised. They are everything in concept I wanted except the fan doesn鈥檛 blow hardly at all. Please respond ASAP.

Here is my original email which is well within the 30 day return time.
I鈥檓 not understanding because my purchase clearly states I鈥檓 purchasing (2) Cooling Mates TM which I believe stands for Trademark and nowhere on these boxes does it say, Cooling Mates. I clearly did not receive the merchandise I purchased which I believe would void any 30 day return contract. Besides the fact that my receipt had no number to call and no website to go to on it. I had to figure out where to go then try to call the number that is never answered by good beast. This number is going straight to a busy signal everytime I call. I believe that in good faith your company should send me an RMA and take these two Artic Air pieces of crap back. I tried one of these for about 15 minutes and the fan barely blows air out. So I do not consider it used at all. Please respond ASAP. It was very difficult to find your email and telephone number. My number is 502 548-5199. Please call me to discuss this.

I'll contact our general manager and see what we can do about this issue.
The thing is that I don't understand how it can be difficult to find our email since you should know what shop you're buying from and the contact emails are clearly stated on the website.
Regarding phone lines, we're all currently working from home due to the pandemic crisis which is why our phone lines are unmanned.
