Contrary to other reviews, I found their service to be good. I have ordered two rugs from them on separate occasions and on both occasions they delivered on time; if fact the last rug was delivered within 48 hours of ordering. Their customer services replied to my questions and were courteous in their response. The products I ordered are of good quality and fit the description as advertised.
