I ordered a silk reversible kung fu jacket but what I was delivered was a cheap jacket with the cheapest silk and it was so poorly sewn together that you couldn't wear it without looking absolutely ridiculous. The silk was even snagged and it is a $155 rag. I went back and forth with the company but they want me to send it back at my own expense through regular mail claiming it is a $20 item so that when it gets lost or they claim they didn't receive it then I really get the screw. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

The price is quite expensive but it has great color, quality, and print. Really happy with this material. It fits perfectly. I really loved it.

Sent wrong dressing gown labeled silk but sent polyester and wrong scarf overcharges I later found the same products cheaper elsewear also messaged them about wrong items sent they asked for photos I sent them and have been ignored for over a week don鈥檛 wast your time and money

Fast delivery. I ordered the silver and brown color. Very stylish chinese outfit. I'm size M but I ordered L because usually asian sizes run small, but it is somewhat big now. However it still looked good on me and is very pretty. Very shiny material, good material, good workmanship. Sleeves a bit short, I don't care since I rolled it up 3/4 sleevs. The jacket covered the hip, opened by the sides that gave flexibility to big hips.

Ordered a coat 7 day express shipping. Not only did the coat arrive after almost a month, I received a completely different coat. Took them two weeks to respond to me and wouldn't pay the return shipping costs to China. Never again, they don't even deserve 1 star.

I am furious with this company. I ordered a chinese blouse 3 weeks before the 2017 Chinese New Year festival, not only did the item arrived very late – one month after CNY, they also delivered the wrong blouse! The customer support guy Chris, advised me to return the item and assure that they will do a refund or an exchange. I subsequently spent another shipping fees to return the item. Despite showing my proof of delivery of the returned item, I am yet to receive my refund, it's been two months now! I wrote to them several times, and Chris will respond if you use a different email address, always sounded helpful asking for the tracking number. No matter how many times I repeated the same tracking number and giving the details, subsequently, he will never NEVER respond to you on any update! I tried to call their US toll free number, but the telephone number is not valid. Their 5Ps – customer Protections policies posted on their website were empty promises! And the reviews on their website were all filtered, only positive reviews were posted, please do not be fooled. My damaged is about US100. I read similar bad experience from other buyers in the internet, I wish I had research this company before I place my purchase. I hope the public is well aware of this company – GoodOrient is NOT good at all !!!

Well airmail is always a bit haphazard, so I can't really complain. The goods were dispatched on time and arrived on time. I just wish the cinnibar paste pot's lid hadn't become damaged in shipping.

My boyfriend Ordered something that was supposed to be for my birthday, we waited and entire month for something to arrive.He got annoyed and sent an email wondering where the item was.They didn't even ship it at all!!He even bought fast shipping so it would arrive on time. Well after the email was sent they finally sent, so after a month and a half of waiting it arrived. Only to be nothing like the doll I thought I ordered.Poor quality and cometely different.NOT impressed! Do not waste your money on this site as I personally feel cheated and scammed.

Spent over $200 trying to get stuff for Halloween. ordered three weeks early and paid extra for faster shipping so I could get things altered if I needed it. Package showed up two days after Halloween. When I inquired about my frustration and returning the package, I was told they do not have a return shipping label option and that I would have to pay it myself. Did all that, still waiting for my refund…

I have close to $300 tied up with this incompetent company and this has been going on since Oct.They made me pay for my own return and now are refusing to issue my refund.

The only reason I had to ship it back was because of their mistake; which they acknowledged. They keep passing me back and forth from "Chris" to "Miranda" and both continue to claim their "english" isn't very good. I call BS on the whole thing.

Do not shop here they are looking for ways to steal your money.I have read too many reviews like mine; too bad I didn't see them before I purchased.

I ordered a shirt from goodorient.com. When I received it the sleeves were too short. They offered to send it back, which I did back in October 2013. Half a year has passed, they still claim they have not received it back and have not refunded my money. Every time I write them it takes them a week or two to answer. They do not write anything constructive back, just pile of bullshit saying they are checking it with their post office.
I will not recommend this site to anyone and will never buy from them any more.

"Chris" kept telling me it was in route, then "Lucie" chimed in and said it would be sent "in a few days" and would I still like it — AFTER I demanded my money back for fraud once I realized they never even sent it. I emailed Alan Lam, managing Director at *******@goodorient.com and was assured I would get my money back, but I never got it.

All I can say is…LOVE, LOVE, LOVE…when I first saw this blouse I knew I had to have it…I was a little apprehensive about ordering it online since I had just recently had a horrible experience with another online retailer…anyway,I decided to take another chance and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered this blouse and it was literally on my doorstep in roughly a week…I chose the US size 10 in white and it fits perfectly….thanks Goodorient…you guys have a customer for life…!
