Ordered a ring 17th January, money taken instantly, no notification of dispatch, no ring has turned up. Have tried the contact process on their website – no response, have emailed them direct – no response. Absolute joke of a company.

I have tried to exchange my ring for a small size. I have tried the Contact form on website. I have tried the Customer Service email address . I have sent my ring back with a letter explaining what I'd like.
NO CONTACT from company.

I am eating humble pie today as a new ring appeared in the post. No communication but my ring has been exchanged.

Wouldn't even give a 1 star, same as other review, so called money back guarantee that never happens. Been trying since end of April, starting to wonder if this company is real at all.

I Bought a Ring from Boots ireland and it doesn't work at all, i continue Snoring same way, they never answer for the Refund and with the site it's impossible to contact them, i have Lost 40 EUR
