I ordered from this site a few times and the last time got the wrong color. I emailed and was told send the merchandise back for an exchange . I did and when they received it they claimed they needed to refund instead . Then thry kept giving me the run-around so I asked them to return my goods to me. 14 emails later and they've sailed into the night with my $50. A lot of money for a hard working American. Maybe a blessing because I think it's counterfeit but I want my money 🙁

I believe a previous reviewers claim of this company selling counterfeit goods to be true. I purchased Onesta conditioner from this seller (the same conditioner that I have been using for years) and the product that they sent me is a completely different consistency and scent that what I had in my cabinet.

Additionally, my package of what was supposed to be 8 items was only 7 and it arrived in terrible condition. Many items exploded and leaked due to poor packaging.

I have filed a dispute with Paypal stating that I want a refund. This company has denied my request.

I placed an order on Dec. 30, 2013. It is not Jan. 10th and I still have not received my order. Whats the point. You get what you pay for I guess

At first I was thrilled .. a huge discount, quick shipping.. but this is not the product I tried at my hair stylist. My $70 of shampoo and conditioner feel like $3 suave shampoo. I don't know if it's counterfeit or just damaged in some way.

Ordered a product through them via their Amazon storefront that broke my hair off. They refused to give me a refund because I used it. Used a quarter or smaller size quantity for 3 days, so it's not like I used half and expected a refund. I can tell you that their refusal response was very prompt and polite, but my hair doesn't care about that.

Placed order on a Monday late evening and received complete order of 6 items Thursday by US Priority mail. Would shop here again.
