Deliveries are too late.
The descriptions on the website are partly incorrect. When you point this out, they react inappropriately.
Quality is getting worse and worse.
Last chair had scratches and shakes.
Customer contact can neither be reached by telephone nor by E-Mail. Apparently no longer interested in serious customer contact.

Shipping took way longer than expected due to a special wish (maybe that's acceptable). The polish shipping service was terrible in communicating the day of delivery (it changed multiple times and the days that were mentioned after calling were wrong). The furniture quality seems to go down meaning that tolerances and imperfections have become larger and more common. Used to be happy with Goodfurn – not so happy anymore

Excellent Product. 4 weeks delivery time is ok. The product is as described and am more then happy.. good packed and arrived in perfect condition. Also the online contact I had with goodfurn was swift and very helpful.
Would order at any time !

Absolutely horrible quality. Crooked, cheap and sharp edges. The painting of the lamp is also very bad. You can see at first glance that it is a cheap Chinese copy.

Received the wrong chairs, customer service is not willing to find a solution to exchange the goods in an acceptable way within 3 weeks (as all items are already paid for). I'd highly doubt that this still a reliable dealer.

After i ordered my chair and it was in processing stage for some days, i sent goodfurn an e-mail about what was going on, they told me that they would ship the chair in 6 weeks. I didnt needed the chair ASAP, so it was fine eventhough they didnt Said Anywere on the website that the chair wasnt in stock.. after six weeks and some days it was still processing, and i contacted goodfurn again, but this time they do not awnser me. Extremly bad service, and no one awsner the Phone when i Call them…

I ordered a lamp in november 2017. It arrived about 10 days later, which is very good compared to many competitors who require 3 or more months! Unfortunately, the build quality wasn't ideal, as the lamp shade was a bit skewed. When I wrote Goodfurn about that, they at first didn't see anything wrong in the photos I provided, and then flat out said 鈥渨ell the original costs over 700鈧€? Fair enough 鈥?although I believe that the website implies a higher quality. As an additional minor annoyance, the power plug had a UK connector even though I had it shipped to a EU country (needed a type-f plug). The description didn't mention a UK plug anywhere, which is why I thought they would simply provide a compatible version of the lamp according to the recipient's address. And of course, there's no CE seal or anything, so let's just hope the lamp won't set my home on fire and kill me in my sleep. Apart from all that, the lamp is fine, the build quality is a bit lower than Nordlux, but a good deal better than IKEA.

I also got a couple of wool samples because I planned to buy a Swan chair on Goodfurn (I won't now). The quality was similar to competitors, but the samples looked like they had been cut by hand by a novice intern.

Overall, the quality is okay, the short delivery times are a huge plus, but the service and care for details on the website are seriously lacking. If something went wrong with your order, I doubt they'd be there for you. This is really a shame, because Goodfurn could be so much better!

Addentum: A lot of the photos used on the site are stolen. Most of the product photos with a white backdrop are (presumably) theirs, but the others that show the products in stylized homes are typically from the licensed manufacturers. If you look at the product page of the La Chaise chaiselongue from Ray & Charles Eames for example, every single photo 鈥?including the one with the white backdrop! 鈥?has been lifted from online shops that sell the licensed Vitra version, and I鈥檓 pretty sure the photos are in fact from Vitra itself. I found out that white-backdrop photos for some other products like the Hans Wegner Shell chair have been lifted off the licensed products as well. Considering that the licensed products are of the highest quality, advertising the cheaper reproductions with the same promo photos is just dishonest. I asked the support staff for actual product photos of the reproductions, and they flat-out told me the photos all belonged to them. A simple Google image search quickly reveals otherwise. In general, the support staff isn鈥檛 helpful at all. I鈥檓 glad my purchase worked out okay, I wouldn鈥檛 push my luck a second time!

Oh, and GoodFurn keeps claiming that it has a 9.1/10 鈥渆xcellent鈥?rating on TrustPilot, when it really is a 6.9/10. How can this not be against Trustpilot鈥檚 terms?! Due to all these problems with GoodFurn, I have lowered my rating to 2/5.

I'm afraid this is a scam. They have withdrawn money for a chair that they have not sent. I have written that I want my money back. When I write to them in the online chat, they answer my first initial questions, but as soon as I write my order number, they become silent. I've tried calling them, but they do not answer the phone, even if it's on the phone time.
But I really hope I'm wrong.

Hi all,
After all the positive comments on this website I am a bit concerned: I placed an order for an egg chair a week ago. On the website I only see that my order is being processed. Given that the website claims delivery times to range from 3 – 12 days, I find it a bit strange to not have heard from them the entire week – especially after having paid with credit card…
I have already written two emails and tried phone and chat box – no response from goodfurn at all. I would greatly appreciate if goodfurn would read this and get back to me asap.

We bought a Louis Poulson type lamp at goodfurn. The quality was not as expected, totally different from the original. Allthough we needed some time to send the lamp back, Goodfurn was willing to accept the reclaim.
Zero stars for the lamp, 4 stars for Goodfurn handling this issue.

Part 2. They really stretched and after the last delivery they also tried to make it up to me. I admire that: if something goes wrong you stand up to it and apologize. Well done goodfurn team!

Part 1.While the first part of the delivery was no problem at all and communication was good; the rest of the furniture never arrived and no reaction whatsoever via email and online…..

Very poor. Product ordered over a week ago and has been paid for in full. Advice on website was delivery within 1-5 days. There has been no acknowledgment that payment has been received. An email query for estimated delivery time has gone unanswered. The telephone is ringing out. Online 'chat' function appears unmanned.

Update: the telephone is finally answered. The person on the phone purports to speak no English but can. The product is out of stock and they offer to cancel my order. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I had problems to make up my mind… white or beige egg Chair.
Finally I decided for beige. After I ordered it took some time and I got repaid… asking what that means, I got the information that there are delivery problems and they would let me know, when they are back in stock. Fair enough, that they did`t kept the money.
A couple weeks later I got a mail saying, that the chair is available. So I ordered again and in less then a week it came. No further problems. The color is a nice creamy white, just as I hope it would, a bit brighter than the picture. Just perfect. The metal foot is super crafted, as the leather.
