I paid for a couple of Stylus pens and refill, which I never received. I asked for a help/support and did not receive any answer, not even an apology.
The Supernote that I've got is an excellent product, but I would not buy it from Good e-Reader again.
There are other companies that may bring better support for the same type of product. I'll go for it.

When I try to do so, I receive an error code on submission (503 – Service Unavailable). I try a couple of time to no avail, so I write them to explain the issue.
After a few email exchanges in which their reply is always very curt, they say they fixed the problem. So I try again, from different browsers, computers and phone – always receiving the same error.
That is when I start reading their reviews here and start thinking it might be a fraud, and I tell them so through email.
They then started a reimbursement process.
All in all, I lost a lot of time and it was stressful.
I was explained on the phone that my transaction has been flagged as high risk "as I am from QC (Canada)"… What is such a criterion?! You come from there so you are not trustworthy?!
Anyway…. a very bad experience.

Ordered ereader from this store, and they didn't ship it to me. Sales team ignores almost every message and email. They just don't reply. After almost 2 months of waiting and emailing them, I wrote their sales manager Peter asking for a refund.
It felt like they didn't want to give my money back. I was waiting for another two weeks but no refund was received. And again I wasted plenty of my time emailing them, asking where is my refund, they said that actually they shipped my order already, so when I requested for a track number, they said it was a mistake and it wasn't shipped… Like… Really?…
I've placed my order on 7 June, and only today 16 August I received the refund.

Based on the reviews here I asked where it had shipped from. Since they said they had a location in my country I had expected it would ship from my country with no duties, but it had been shipped from a location outside my country. The details on the website had explained about the duties but I wish they could have been more communicative about where it would ship from and how much duties might be before I placed the order.
However they did manage to pull my package back, and I was refunded all but the shipping.

When remarkable announced they were postponing the launch of remarkable 2 for 3 months I contacted their customer service and their level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and unprofessionalism was this:

update:
Nearly three weeks later, they e-mailed me complaining about my e-mail address, and asked me for a "real" one; seeming to miss the irony of e-mailing me asking for a real address. When I responded asking what they meant (within the hour) the irony was compounded with them complaining that "This is taking a long time. Your next reply should include your email so we can proceed".
I gave them an alternate address (along with a snarky one that would have worked as well).
The next communication was a bit over two weeks later, DHL letting me know (at my original e-mail address) that my package was on the way.
I received it a week or two later without issue, and have been happily using it since. I probably won't order mainstream products from them, but would be willing to give them a second shot for something obscure.
Update: three months later, Good E-Reader replied. (Which is, IMO, not an unreasonable timeframe for a third-party review site like this). I appreciate the response, and the assertion that "We have adjusted our communication process since your order and have made things easier to chat with us". I haven't ordered from them since this order, so can't confirm that.
However, the response also includes a question about whether or not I used a PO BOX. This is a bit confusing, since the issue I had was with my e-mail address, not my physical mailing address. So while there may be commendable efforts to improve, that response is not particularly reassuring to me.

My item shows from the beginning as "processed" so I asked reimbursement because it never shipped.

Do yourself a favor, read up on the horror stories about them drop shipping items from other countries resulting in excessive duties charges to get your item. Save yourself the time and effort. Buy directly from Amazon or your preferred reader's website.
Buying experience was okay, but big lack of communication and SMS/telephone never answered. Buyer beware.

Ordered on Feb. 28th, emailed and called number of times. On April 1st filed dispute with Paypal. The same day I was sent email that it was sent, I refused it via Paypal and got my money back.
On the email: "Why did it take so long" I got a following answer: From michael kozlowski Thu, Apr 2, 12:07 AM "I thought one of our customer service reps did it, apparently they did not, I apologize. " Very pathetic!!! After 30 days…and only after I filed dispute!
