Professional and trustworthy

Myself and another sister accompanied my sister Michelle to buy an electronic scooter at Gomobility. John the manager spared no time or enthusiasm in showing us available suitable scooters. He explained everything we needed to know and showed us as we made a video of his detailed explaination on how to dissemble and assemble scooter to put in and out of boot of car. He was most pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Today my sister used scooter in a busy shopping centre and really enjoys freedom.of getting around. Thanks John for your advice and great service!

It was covid 19 . I needed a mobility scooter for my 86 year old mother .. who was cocooning in her home ! I checked a few web sites & came up with go mobility & called & got talking to a lovely ,very helpful man called John Mc Guirk .
He was so helpful ! As I Ireland was in lockdown & they couldn鈥檛 come to our house to asses my mum for a scooter!! I just felt I could trust this man .. I gave him my mums air code & he was able to see my mums house & garden & her drive & recommendations for her . We decided on the GoGo mobility scooter & it鈥檚 perfect .

After researching several scooters for my mother we found one she liked on rhe GoMobility.ie website we ordered and paid for it on Wednesday and on Thurday morning John rang and said would be down with the scooter that day. One that had a better battery than we initially ordered as thats was the one in stock. It arrived all assembled and John showed us how to take it apart and how to use it. While using it there was a small fault with the speed toggle but still ok to use, John said he would replace it on Monday. My mother went out on the scooter for a "walk" and she loved it. It was great to see her gain some independence again. Friday morning John called and said he was on his way with the engineer to repair the speed toggle when they looked they couldn't fix it so they very kindly replaced the scooter and upgraded it there and then with a scooter they had with them. I cant reccomend John and his staff highly enough a fantastic service, so helpful and very easy to deal with. We had previously looked at a different company for a scooter and the service was very poor compared to GoMobility.ie. Thanks again John. From Collette and Sinead

On Tuesday may 12th I purchased the Colt Deluxe 2.0. As I live in Tipperary I contacted company by phone for information on product prior to purchase. Fantastic customer service. The staff very friendly. The scooter arrived this morning 14th may around 11.30am. Amazing time line for delivery with Covid 19 pandemic.

Spoke on the.phone with John who organised for us to view models that day. Very safe with PPE and sanatising. John took the time to understand my wife's specific requirements and then made a number of suggestions. Hugely knowledgeable, unrushed with no pressure to buy. This is my first experience with GoMobility. I am hoping to promote products for persons with disabilities. I am also disabled. Amputated left arm. Getting products for disabled people can be hard and a bit expensive as some don鈥檛 work or earn little income not enough to make their lives a little better and enjoyable.

DROP-DOWN GRAB RAIL
As I suffer with a cartilage problem in one knee and have a step up into the shower in my ensuite, I purchased a drop-down grab rail. The ensuite is not spacious it's great to be able to just put this in place, when needed.
