Gents,
I ordered 4 winter tyres on the 19th of December. On the 20th I received a notification informing of a delay of 4 to 5 working days for the actual delivery due to overload. I replied immediately that that delay would make useless the delivery as it was due for a holiday roadtrip. I kindly asked for information on any workaround or cancel of the order. I have received no reply up to now.
I would have loved to recommend a great user experience with this company but unfortunately I can't. I can understand that these may be busy days. However, I would expect an announcement on your website or at the moment of purchase informing on expected delays to be the fair behavior. As a last resource, replying to customer emails would be the minimum gesture.

Placed order on Wednsday 14th of november. Everything was ok. On the next day they ask for payment (I assumed that the payment was done at the order> I supplied my Credit card number). 1st day lost. On the 16th they are not able to tell me when the tires are shipped and delivered. Good weel be received by Delti 48h from payment and I will receive an E-mail. Impossible to plan anything.
