I like more of a hands on approach. Someone sitting down with me so I totally understand everything. I have heard not so great things about Humana, so I hope I will not be disappointed in the plan I chose.
I work for a pharmacy and I was disappointed to the Part D not being able to use them and not understanding why I couldn't use them instead of having to drive further to pick up a prescription.

I didn't know anything about medical insurance for those over 65 when, within a few days, I had to help my elderly, deaf brother get the coverage he needed for the doctor he wanted.
Both the agent and the underwriter we worked with did their utmost to get us the insurance my brother needed, including offering support when things did not go smoothly with either the old insurance company or the new one.
I am so grateful to Shelby and Hunter.

I am not sure decisions I made were in my best interest because information was unclear. Parts A and B were fairly uncomplicated, but Part D was very confusing and after paying high costs in 2019 I was hoping 2020 would not be so expensive. I did not come out of the process with that assurance.

Decision making for right choice can be overwhelming, but my agent with GoMedigap was so helpful. She walked me thru choices carefully explaining coverage. She even said she would reach back out to me when it was time to sign up for Part D to help me along. And she was most patient with all of my questions. I have no doubt I made the right choice calling GoMedigap.

While we "shopping" online for a supplemental policy to cover additional expenses not covered by Medicare, we received a call from a representative of GoMedigap. Never heard of them. But in the course of talking with Eddie Garza, we were well informed. She assisted us in selecting a plan and complete the application. Then she put us in touch with April Siefer who took us to the next step. A great team.
