I sent an email a week ago and still nothing. I just sent my second email. No response and you can't even speak to someone on the phone anymore! I order Gold Eagles and Buffalo's from 2 other leading online Gold Sellers and I have gotten those weeks ago. The only reason I am writing this review is I believe this is the only way I can now get service. So Sad!!

Well it has been over 7 weeks now since I paid for my consignments and I have even sent multiple emails & raised multiple tickets to convert my consignments to a vault order instead of a shipment order, but neither have I got the consignment processed in the vault neither any update from the team on the status of the consignments. And guess what, I invested enough to become an insider right away listening to all the educational videos posted by Mr. Mike Maloney, but I must say I am very disappointed with the way my order and its processing is being handled. I purchased back on 19th Mar 2020 but I haven't received any update on my consignments as of yet, and its 4th May 2020 today.
And now when I am reading other feedback, I am getting worried about their sellback, shipment, and all processes. For some reason, this feels like a borderline scam to me now. Folks, please be careful. My experience is pretty bad when I have already paid up for 600 ounces of silver and I have no clue where my money went and what is happening to my consignment.

Phone lines seem to be open now. And they responded on my ticket saying they have converted my order to a Vault order rather than a shipment request earlier(as per my request). But still, the order status is SHIPMENT REQUESTED.

Anyways, I am raising the rating from 1 star to 2 star, just for the fact that they responded to my email after a long wait.

On 23rd June 2020, I got my silver bars, delivered at Salt Lake City Utah vault.
But back on 30th Jun 2020, I paid up for the physical delivery of the bars from the vault to my place. However, as of today, I have not received any update on the tracking information of my shipments. Have reached customer service at least 10 times regarding the same, but still they are unable to respond back on the ETA..
Pathetic service!! Please avoid by all means!!

My never ending ordeal with GoldSilver.com continues.. After reaching out multiple times and via different channels I was told that the original shipment cost of 400$ for sending the bars was now not enough as the shipment needs to be split and sent as 3 different packages and they asked me to send my credit card details for charging another 300$. And after providing them with the credit card details, they updated on 21st Aug 2020, that my first of the 5(FIVE!!) shipments have been sent. (Yes they were supposed to split the package into 3, but they decided on their own that they wanted to now split into 5 instead of the earlier communicated 3).
Nevertheless, 10 days ago when they shared the tracking number of the first package, I was happy that at-least I was going to receive the first of my 100oz bars. But to my surprise when I called Fedex customer service on the delay, they updated me that they had to hold the package as it was EMPTY!!
I am completely heart-broken and so fired-up right now!!
I have dropped an email to the team and awaiting their response.
If you have any similar experiences, please reach out to me. I would surely like to know about yours and see if this can be dealt with in the appropriate manner.

Although the response below from GoldSilver says: "the price you brought for us to match was from a competitor whose site was malfunctioning and was charging less than spot."
I actually did not mention a price to match and I did not mention the name of a company which I was requesting a match to. So the statement below from GoldSilver.com is not accurate.
I suggest that the GoldSilver.com website get updated so that it no longer says that it will do a price match.
