Their glycerin saddle soap arrived dried out and hard. Asking how to soften it for use, they were unable to tell me as they had never met this problem before and instead of trying to support this product they attempted to sell me a different one. So I had a product which the company itself had written off. The product may work well – I do not know – but the customer support needs to be set in place as at the moment they do not have any. I shall simply buy a different make.
