Definite scam. Tried a cheap purchase as I do with every gold selling site, said they would contact supplier and it should be delivered via mail and haven't gotten anything (It has been a day).

They say the same thing over and over again, and they don't refund it.

SCAM!!!! Avoid this like that plague if you value your money. First they tell you they have plenty of stock and when you make your order, the supplier is OFFLINE or they do not reply.

They say they deliver within 24 hours and if they don't do it, you can ask for a refund. After 24 hours I asked for a refund because I haven't received my order and they say they cannot issue a refund because they have already ordered the amount from the supplier.

4 days later when I contact their support. They say the price has changed from 63M down to 52M. I had to agree to this over email so they could hold it against me when something would go wrong. This results in the same price as the other "normal" sites which has that price. Meaning the argument of GoldICQ is cheaper is bullshit. I agreed to it because I wanted the gil either way and would have made a new order to a different site.

I accepted and they delivered. But remember these things about the site:

1. They do not deliver within 24 hours like they promise.
2. They trick people into saying you have full stock but the supplier is always offline or you do not get a reply from them.
3. After 4 days they say the price has changed and you will get less gil than what I order.
4. They do not pay out refunds if you have not received the order.

TERRIBLE!!!!! these people are crooks, I made a purchase on their website, open the live chat window, give my order #, they ask me to email my paypal receipt with character infos, I do,

They start asking next my age? Which credit card I use to buy?
I tell them I use paypal so I don't need to share any credit card information to scammers and that I will not answer any question, they have my money they have my infos, deliver the goods or I reverse charges, I leave chat, never got what I paid for stay away from these scammers, now I have to open a resolution with paypal.

So bad service, so slow delivery, weeks waiting

You pay for your item, you get your order number, they don't give you the item.
If you talk to them through the live chat, an automated bot with randomly generated name will talk to you saying the same thing over and over again.
If you have made the mistake of sending money to these guys and have not yet received your item, try talking to their manager on discord (the name is mentioned on their website).
Anyways, if you have received what you paid for, you're a very lucky person.

Dont waste your time please. Constantly using 鈥渟upplier鈥?as an excuse. Their live chat feels as if im talking to an idi0t. Just dont even bother

I purchased for maplestory mobile and then changed ny mind and they agreed to give me the same value on maplestory global.
It takes around 30 mins to receive since they dont stock the gold but they purchase it from suppliers. But worth it and good chat team

I placed an order with them, they refused to deliver or provide a refund. Also after having requested a refund several times I suddenly started receiving calls with threats in the middle of the night.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, IT'S A SCAM!

– Pre-Purchase Chat false claims of enough stock and instant delivery.
– Dishonest about the funds. Confirmed with Paypal.
– 鈥淪upplier no reply鈥?br />
– Robot repetitive responses via Live Chat Customer Service
– Delivery Window as promoted on website holds no value as it is not guaranteed
– Refund is not an option as it is declined or ignored. Dispute through Paypal would be the ideal solution.

SCAM. they took money from me. Lied to paypal that goods were delivered.

at first they just said that the supplier is offline, so i thought the site was scam after a while, but after 3 days if waiting, i really received my order. the support is friendly and NO bot, even if they use tge same sentences mist of the time – copy paste i guess. If you got enough patience to wait for a few days, the site is not bad, its just a little slow. This website does not deserve the 1 star rating in my opinion, so i gave them a slightly higher rating.

edit: i ordered something again and got it within 15 minutes. 5 stars!!!

7 Months and still waiting my order to be delivered… "Supplier offline now".

Reviews about them were bad but I deicded to have some faith and got some stuff delivered for me. Turns our, they are a legitimate companya and their products are super good too. Delivered pretty soon which surprosed the hell out of me so yah.

Bought a in-game currency for a game and my bank had transfered the payment, but at their website is pending. fishy. checked here and found out it's scam. AVOID AT ALL COST. cheap doesn't mean anything. scam website!

Honestly I wasn't worried at first….

I was buying Meso for Maplestory. I've done this before through another site and had no issues with them. It didn't take them longer than 30min.

So I was expecting something like that with this site. They say they will get it to you 8min – 24hrs. 24hrs came and passed. I had live chatted them several times during the process. The responses are very robot like and there isn't much difference in them when you get a different "person". Tina is the one that I dealt with the most. While waiting I came here to Trustpilot and saw all the reviews left by others.

Honestly I can't say for sure if this site is a scam but it very much felt like it.

UPDATE – I just wanted to let others know I paid with paypal and I did get my money back after filing a ticket.

Probably the worst website to buy anything off of they are about as useful as a chocolate ashtray their live chat are full of useless people who don鈥檛 know what they are doing all they do is scam I high recommend avoiding them never trust them they will just take your money with no intention of fulfilling your order
