The process time is awful and the customer service is even worse. If I ever get the ring I ordered I'll make a review about the actual product but at this time I am doubtful that will happen

The 5 carat diamond eternity ring I bought from Goldia.com had nice stones on it and it was reasonably priced.

I may be perfect in most things they gve me everytime i am sure this is due for me to be real and good for those who may be sure ususuak ways mmight be a bit real only when one has much more patience as well i may be not very confident but as well as it seems for me the better position i may be a bit destoyed

I purchased 3 items from Goldia.com. I created an account, paid for the items and got a confirmation of my order with a 3-5 business day delivery promise. The day my order was supposed to ship my order was abruptly cancelled with no attempt to contact me. An email was sent after it was canceled saying they did not have the inventory to cover my order. Although upon contacting them I was told that the item I purchased and paid for was an item that was not supposed to be sold to me, but this did not stop them from charging my card and having a hold on my bank for nearly a week. This is not my problem, since I was able to purchase the item and they charged me. Also there was nothing on the item sales page saying any restrictions on who could purchase what items, in fact all the items on their website I can add to a cart and purchase. This seams like clear bait and switch to me.

I searched many online and offline store for the ring which buy from Goldia. After engagement everyone is interested to know my ring shop. I believe that that was ring program not my engagement. You are awesome Goldia!!
