HORRIBLE bad looking shoes!!! They don't even answer for returns…

This website is a scam. Their shoes are cheap imitations of real Golden Goose shoes. They are made in China and are synthetic not leather. They have done a remarkably good job of creating a legitimate looking website but don't be fooled, IT IS A SCAM!!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes and when the tracking information came to me the departure city was China so I immediately contacted "Emma Thompson" and asked why they are shipping from China when these shoes are made in Italy. I was assured they were authentic.

They arrived a week or so later, as soon as I opened the box I knew they were fake. The boxes were wrong and the smell of synthetic materials was over powering. Do not buy from these people it is 100% a scam. They are poor quality fakes worth $20 at best.

I googled golden goose sales and this website came up. Normally these sneakers are over $400 but this website claimed to be an outlet. I initially placed an order but when the confirmation email came to me a couple hours later I cancelled the order as further internet research led me to believe it was a scam website. They charged my credit card anyways. I have exchanged emails with "Emma Thomson" – who has very bad English – for over a month now but I still have not received a refund from the company. I charged this on my bank debit card so the bank is dragging their feet in returning the money to my account as there is no phone number for the website – only email.

This scam website has been able to duplicate the real and original golden goose sneakers website quite well – and initially fooled me. I placed an order but when the confirmation email arrived a couple hours later I cancelled it and did not confirm the order as further research showed it was a scam website. They charged my credit card anyways and have not refunded my $195. I have exchanged emails with "Emma Thomson" over the past month but have still not received refund thru my debit bank card. My bank continues to try to get in touch with the company but there is no phone number – only email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
