1.They took the money without any communication with me. They still have not communicated directly with me.
2. I did not damage the car. Their Representative was shown the damage on the bumper by me on hiring in Alicante airport; he acknowledged it to us and also took a photograph of it, and said this was now on record. They are ignoring this point and their grab of my hard earned money was a multiple of the rental fee that they charged me. I barely used the car.
Goldcar please talk to your rep see the photo he took and refund me the money taken wrongly

I didnt buy the extra excess insurance as I bought my own – its generally cheaper.
When getting the car, the operator told me I would be charged for a full tank of diesel which worked out at 鈧?6. I was then promised that any unused fuel would be refunded! All very good I thought!
So when I dropped off the car at the airport in the multi storey car park to another operator there, I showed her how much was left in the car. It was 25%.
I was expecting a refund of about 鈧?1.
Instead, when I checked my credit card they had taken a further 鈧?3 out off of my card (the one which had had 鈧?100 locked off as a deposit.
I tried phoning but the Goldcar operator from the UK when I returned home could not clearly explain why the second amount had been taken out without my permission.
I had to contact my credit card to explain what had happened and got the amount refunded by the credit card company!!!
I would advise to be very careful when booking with this company – and even warn that if possible to avoid.
Oh and the car was in exactly in the same condition on return as when I collected it!
Oh and needless to say I never got my 鈧?1 refund for the remaining fuel either!!!!
For your reference Goldcar the contract was 10979615 if you want to look into this with your right to reply! Look forward to the reason why!??

-Deception: The company told me that I was lying when I told them that I have an insurance via Wisecars. Had to pay huge amount of deposit. Furthermore they told me that the car does not have even one scratch and therefore it is not worth checking it before my signatature. I did and it had like 10.
-Unfriedly (Customer Service never replied via mail. Disinterest on the phone)

-HAD TO WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR MY 1500鈧?DEPOSIT! I only got it back in the end thanks to Mastercard.
